About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I recently graduated from college and moved to the city, and I’m excited to continue spending time with animals through dog walking and pet sitting. Over the years, I’ve pet sat and walked dogs for neighbors, friends, and family members, giving me experience with a wide variety of breeds, sizes, and personalities. My family has Dane Mastiffs, so I’m very comfortable handling large breeds, but I also adore small dogs like my aunt’s two mini dachshunds. Whether your dog is energetic and playful or calm and cuddly, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. I understand how important routines, exercise, patience, and affection are for dogs, and I’ll always treat your pet like part of the family. I’m dependable, attentive, and happy to provide updates and photos so you can feel confident your pup is in good hands! I work full-time, but my schedule is similar to shift work. I have open mornings and the occasional free weekend! Pet care is something I enjoy, gets me outside, and is a little bit of exercise all at once. I’m organized, dependable, and committed to making sure pets receive the attention, exercise, and care they need. Whether it’s morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening feedings, I’m happy to work with your pet’s routine and provide updates (and lots of pictures!) so you can feel confident they’re in good hands. My goal is for the pets to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. That means sticking to their routine, staying in familiar environments, and being aware of the surrounding stressors. I am great at following clear instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, medications, litter box care, and any special routines their pets are used to. I also keep homes clean and tidy, provide regular updates and photos, and make sure pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for while their owners are away. I can provide services at the client's home; I don't have boarding facilities.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was 10, volunteered walking regular, power and bashful dogs for 2 years at the humane animal rescue of Pittsburgh, currently have 2 cats. I'm currently working part-time, so I will have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available for boarding, drop-in visits, and walking the dogs on weekdays and weekends. I will follow your instructions to take the best care of your loved pups, and cats! I can work with you and your loved pups to make the experience as joyful as possible.

About: I have been taking care of dogs for family and friends since I was young. Growing up with a dog, cats, and chickens, I have lots of pet experience! During the beginning of COVID, I got a puppy with my sister and was the main care taker and trainer for several years. I am excited to love your pets just as much as you do! I am a Pitt post-grad, currently working as a fitness instructor. I coach average 2-5 classes per day, so have a relatively flexible schedule throughout the day. My dog at home is a bit of a tricky walker, and wasn’t very good with other dogs when he was younger, so I have lots of experience and can adapt to a dogs walking style and needs.

About: I’m a caring and responsible dog lover who truly enjoys spending time with dogs. I started taking care of pets for family friends about five years ago when I was living in Boston, and since then I’ve gained experience with dogs at different stages of their lives. My goal is to make every dog feel comfortable, safe, and loved while staying with me. I understand how important it is for pet parents to know their dog is in good hands, so I always do my best to provide attentive and thoughtful care. I usually work best with calm dogs who are comfortable relaxing on their own. For boarding, dogs should be able to stay home alone for a few hours and should not have severe separation anxiety. I’m more experienced with smaller dogs (under 25 lbs) and enjoy spending time walking, playing, and making sure they feel at home. I’m always happy to schedule a meet & greet so we can make sure it’s a great fit for everyone. Please feel free to reach out and tell me more about your pup — I’d love to meet them! I currently work 30 hours per week. I’m an early person so I’m happy to take pets to early walks! I am happy to walk your dog 3 times a day. Please chat with me! To ensure I can continue providing the highest standard of care to my clients, I have made the decision to limit my service to take care of one dog at a time I make sure I understand the needs from pet parents. Initially, I would ask pet parent to answer a list of questions I found helpful to know. For example, what’s the daily walking/sleeping/exercise/wasting routine. I will also take pictures/videos through out the day, and send them daily to keep parents updated through the boarding period.

About: I grew up with a reactive black lab, so I know how to handle leash pulling and how to deescalate and prevent fights. In her old age, I learned to accommodate her failing joints. I’ve been trained at the Licking County Humane Society in Ohio as a volunteer dog walker, which has well equipped me to understand and respond respectfully to dog language. I further pursue this knowledge by reading about how dogs communicate with us, and by observing and analyzing their behavior both in real life and online. This will be my primary commitment, so I can easily cater to your schedule to fit your pets needs. Mornings, evenings, weekends, whatever you need, except Thursdays :) I will take great care to follow your instructions and respect the rules of your home and needs of your animal(s). I cannot accept boarding in my own home at the moment.

I show up when I say I will, follow your instructions closely, and send photos and updates during every service so you always know how your pet is doing. For house sitting, I keep your pet’s routine as normal as possible in their own familiar space, keep your home secure and tidy, and treat it with the same care I give my own. Throughout every service, I send photos and updates so you always know your pet is safe and comfortable, and I reach out quickly if anything ever seems off. Trust is the foundation of this work, and I never take it for granted.

About: I have taken care of both cats and dogs since I was a kid. I started walking neighbors dogs and my own dog, and once I was old enough I got a job working at a doggy and cat daycare and boarding center. After working there for a few years, I went to school and began volunteering at the local humane society (HARP East Side). I primarily work with cat care at the shelter, though I have plenty of experience working with dogs in the past. I am able to create my own work schedule, so I am pretty flexible with what I am able to do throughout the week! I am typically available anytime of day. If at my home, I have a somewhat fenced yard area to allow the dog some space. It is small, but it is enough room to let them roam freely while I am outside with them. If not fenced in, the dog will be leashed at all times. With cats, I have had some escape artists of my own so I will always make sure to check doors and locks behind me when I am moving in and out of the home.

I’ve pet sat huskies, pit bulls, doodles, mastiffs, shih tzus and more. I’d love to walk your pet and play with them for you! I am currently a Chatham student looking to make some extra cash. I’m extremely flexible and available most of the day. I miss my 100-pound German Shepherd back home, so getting to play with your dogs would absolutely make my day! I am able to handle bigger dogs and small dogs are no problem at all. I’m super active and love going on walks/runs.
