About: I have had a dog of my own for nine years and think I would be a great fit to take care of your animal. I know what to do in different situations with dogs and cats because I have babysat dogs and cats before. I have a lot of free time to properly take care of your animals. I am willing to spend more time and really make sure your satisfied with my visit. I spend time taking them for walks, grooming them, and just spending time with them. I love exercising my dog and making sure he gets treats for his good behavior.
“Thanks so much for walking Turtle! Even in cold weather, Tiffany made sure Turtle got his exercise and bathroom break! Very grateful and will reach out again!”

“Thank you so much for your patience with my dog. My dog is vocal and it can be intimidating but she's really a good girl. I really appreciate the long walk and that she managed to put her back in the crate. I would definitely use her services again.”

About: I have taken care of animals in my hometown area since I was 10 and am very happy when interacting with pets. I started by walking dogs and eventually started taking care of pets overnight. I am taking college classes, so I have free time when I am not in class. Every day I have a break big enough between classes that would allow me to care for a pet. I am happy to learn how to care for a pet in its own home and to hear about the pet's preferences and needs in their home.
“Ashley is absolutely incredible! She brings her own poop bags and treats and is very attentive to Finn’s needs. She sends me picture and video updates which soothes my separation anxiety! I am going to continue to use her services, as Finn already is attached to her.”

“Luke is awesome. He shows up on time.... And he's always mindful of my babies When walking them. He is quick to tell me how they did.And anything special that I need to know. Luke is exceptional, and I would highly recommend him.!!!”

“Tony was wonderful with Piper. She takes some time to warm up but he was patient with her. Tony is a natural dog whisperer and was able to go on a great walk with her. Looking forward to working with Tony in the future!”

Mon-Thurs: any time up until 3:30pm or after 7pm Fri, Sat, Sun : free all day I am super flexible! During the summer I have a very open schedule - so we can work around it more. About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 16 and have years of hands-on experience with pets of all ages and personalities. I have a 1-year-old cat of my own, help care for my boyfriend’s two pitbulls, and my family has two shih tzus, so I’m very comfortable with both small and large breeds. I also regularly pet sit for neighborhood furry friends, and even while attending boarding school in Boston, I cared for local pets there as well. I am committed to your furry family members’ happiness, comfort, and well-being. I provide personalized care tailored to each pet’s unique needs, whether they’re an energetic puppy or a senior pet who needs extra patience and attention. My genuine love for animals and strong attention to detail show in everything I do—from keeping routines consistent to sending regular updates and photos—so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I’m a recent graduate currently working part-time (4-6 hour shifts) while studying for my personal training certification, so I have a flexible schedule with lots of free time. Pet care fits easily into my routine, and I can consistently handle feeding, walks, playtime, and cleaning tasks. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their normal routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I take care of feeding, fresh water, walks or litter box cleaning, and playtime based on the owner’s instructions. I also keep the home clean and provide updates so clients know their pet is safe and well cared for.

About: I love dogs and grew up with them! Though I don't have the space for them now, I've been missing some puppy playtime! Both of my parents are vets as well, so I'm also pretty well versed in all things pet care! I do work full-time, but a lot of my job can be done from home depending on the amount of notice I have before discussing that with my boss. That being said my weekends are pretty open as well as the occasional monday. I typically work from home every other monday! I love all animals! Growing up I had 2 dogs and then foster failed 2 cats! Those 2 cats currently live with my parents, but I'm bringing them up here when I move into my own place. Both of my roommates also have cats!
“Great communication, punctual, sweet with my dog, productive walks (poop & pee everytime!) and provides good updates ! And helps with last minute bookings when she can. Big fan of Abigayle!”

About: I have always grown up with dogs and cats. Animal fur was always a “fashion choice” of mine. Right now, I have a 125 lbs pitbull mix named charlie, he has big paws and an even bigger heart. I also have a stubby, long nosed coonhound named Billie, she is jumpy, rowdy, and loves to cuddle. I have lots of experience with big dogs, I grew up with a Rottweiler and a German Shepherd mix. I love my animals so much, and I know firsthand how having a pet sitter/walker can be nerve-racking. I want to provide you with that trust and much needed knowledge that your dogs are being taken care of. Although I do not have as much professional experience as I would want to, I can provide that same love and care and personal experience that you may not be able to get from someone who doesn’t have big dogs like I do. I am young, strong, and able to respond to any messages sent my way. I’m also always taking pictures to send to any of my clients. Keeping you up-to-date is so important as it assures you that things are going smoothly and that your pet is having a fun, restful, relaxing time. Because your pet deserves a vacation too, of course. Hello! My name is Madeline (pronounced like caroline) I am currently a high school senior, who is going to my freshman year at college in late August. I am looking forward to going to college for acting and getting my bachelors of fine arts in the drama department at Carnegie Mellon University. My weekends are pretty open. Besides the small vacations throughout the summer. I am pretty available most weeks. I am in front of house manager at the Olney theater center. I am usually working nighttime (5-11) shows, so I am available during the day. I have had the amazing opportunity of working with dogs in the last show I was in. I did “legally blonde the musical”. We had two amazing actor pups in the show and that was such a great experience for me. I have grown up with animals my entire life. I have two dogs right now and in previous years I had up to four cats all at once. I have such a huge passion for taking care of animals and being around them. I am very interested in volunteering at animal shelters and will continue to in the future. My favorite type of exercise is to just walk outside. If you have a pup who needs frequent walks I am your person! Walking is my favorite. I have so many favorite places to go on walks. I will usually listen to podcasts, music, or study any of my lines for a show that I’m in. I am incredibly tech savvy and will respond to any message or call within a minute or two. I think it’s incredibly important to keep you updated and “in the know” with what is going on while I’m taking care of your beloved pets. At my home I love to take long walks with my two dogs. I am fairly comfortable walking larger dogs, or dogs who like to be on the move. Based off of what you would like me to do, I will follow your instructions to the T.
About: I’ve worked at a dog and cat boarding and daycare center for over three years, and have years of experience cat sitting for my neighbor. I’ve worked both in the kennel and daycare and have experience in different areas of animal care. As a recent graduate, I have more free time! I am a recent college graduate who works part time at a kennel. I am always able to make time to care for pets and adapt my schedule! I cater to the needs of the animal and owner. With having experience with different needs of an animal at my boarding and daycare job, I have an understanding of how to reach those needs.
Squirrel Hill South dog parents share their Rover experiences
Ashley is wonderful with our energetic young lab! She is a great communicator, caring, and leaves detailed visit summaries while we are still learning more about our pup. She is flexible to adjust walks based on weather safety and even helped us teach Sierra to walk nicely on leash. Will be booking more in the future!

Claire was great with our shy dog, Mimi. She has a really warm, friendly energy, which helped Mimi feel more comfortable and confident with her. Claire showed up right on time, followed our instructions closely, and was especially attentive to the notes we left about bunnies in the neighborhood since Mimi loves to chase. We really appreciated how prepared and careful she was. We were so happy she could help us with Mimi’s walks for two days, and we’d absolutely book with her again. All the stars! Highly recommend!

Aniela was absolutely incredible with our dog, Lucy! From the moment we connected, she was warm, communicative, and clearly experienced with caring for pets. We received regular updates and photos that gave us total peace of mind while we were away. We would trust her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch sitter. Thank you, Aniela!

Emily was our long term walker for around 8 months. She was always on time, formed a bond with our pup, and went above and beyond to take him on long walks! She’s also great on overnight visits, and made sure our pup felt safe in an unfamiliar environment. Her communication is great, and we highly recommend her to care for your pet!
