About: I brought our two cats, Chili and Lok-Lok, all the way from China, but I grew up with dogs in my family and love both. I’ve taken care of my family’s and friends’ dogs and I heard about this app so I thought it might be fun to give it a try. Whenever I get called on to dog-sit for my friend here in Pittsburgh I like to go to the dog parks near the South Side river or jog along with them, rain or snow, and socialize with other dogs. Looking forward to meeting yours! I’m a PhD student at the University of Pittsburgh so summer and winter breaks are relatively free, and usually I’m only “working” 2-3 half days per week. I have to do a lot of reading and thinking so getting out of the house is a good way to take a break and process. I have a fenced yard where I do some gardening and let our cats out every day to chase bugs and birds. My friends have stayed over with their dogs and I just move the cats to the second floor and keep them there while the dogs take the first and the yard.

I’m a junior in college who absolutely adores dogs and also happens to want to make money for tuition😂 For the summer : *for house sitting, Im available every day but on weekdays I would need to leave from 4:30-7 to go to work. Mon-Thurs: any time up until 3:30pm or after 7pm Fri, Sat, Sun : free all day I am super flexible! During the summer I have a very open schedule - so we can work around it more. “Raeann took such good care of my chihuahua Mojo while I was away! It’s the only time I’ve ever had someone else watching him where I didn’t worry about him constantly. She sent me multiple pictures/updates each day and I could tell he was relaxed and engaged. I appreciated that she checked with me if certain outings were ok (like taking him on trips in the car) and she made sure his important instructions were followed. He was clearly VERY loved and had all of his emotional and physical needs met. He settled right back in at home without any “where were you how could you have left me” like he has in the past before Raeann. Thank you again!”

She is responsible and responsive and will share pics and check in at whatever frequency you are comfortable with. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for boarding for their pup.”

“Krista and her dog, Griffin, were the perfect hosts for my two Malt-Shih 2 y.o. pups. As with any siblings they have very different personalities, one outgoing but the other, very anxious. Krista, with her calm demeanor, won him over in no time, assisted by Griffin (a large dog whose size would normally trigger fear) mirrored his owner's gentle personality.
