“I cannot say enough great things about our experience of boarding our six year old maltese Griswold with Kathleen!!! I was seriously apprehensive about boarding our dog for five days since he has never been away from me for more than one night. While he is quite loveable, he is also extremely high strung as are most maltese dogs. Well what a waste of time for me to be worried... my fear quickly melted with the pictures that Kathleen sent me throughout our trip. My dog looked like HE was having his own vacation!!! lol He looked more relaxed and happy than we did. All the nice long walks and special treatment spoiled him to no end. The only thing I needed to worry about was whether or not he would want to come home with me when I came to retrieve him!! :) He did come home with me, but I have to say.. he seems truly relaxed... I would have never believed it ... I now have to up my dog-mom game and walk him and spoil him more. If you are hesitating to book with Kathleen... don't! You and your dog will be so happy you did. Bryn and boots were great hosts! Bryn took great care of our dog Julie. She seemed to really care about and follow Julie’s schedule. She was extremely communicative and we really appreciated all the updates even during a holiday week. Julie seemed to love spending time and playing with Boots. We will definitely be requesting to book again!
Our almost 3 year old Golden Retriever stayed with Joseph for a week over Christmas. We were a bit anxious as we don’t leave him much, but Joe was great from first contact. Very communicative with prompt responses, and he made time to talk with my husband to make sure we were comfortable. His home is well-suited and welcoming to dogs, and Copper settled in quickly. Joe sent us regular updates with pictures and made sure to keep us informed on how things were going. We felt that Copper was in great hands, and we were able to enjoy our time with family without worrying. We will definitely use Joe again, and I would highly recommend him for all boarding needs.
Autumn took care of our two boys while we were in a bit of a travel pinch over Thanksgiving and she did a fantastic job! I am an extremely paranoid dog mom and she made me feel at ease by sending me pictures and updates of the boys throughout the weekend.
