Nelia followed my instructions exactly and was very flexible with last minute changes with my work schedule and needing to drop him off a day earlier. Flexible with drop off time also. She invited me to stop over for a meet and greet before the first drop off after our first phone call. You learn a lot from meet and greets and I highly recommend them for everyone!
