Mungo and Josie had a wonderful visit with Victoria. It was their first time staying with her so they were a little nervous. Victoria took great care of them and had a large crate so my little ones could sleep together. I appreciated that Victoria took the time to do a meet and greet before their stay and shared lots of videos during their visit. Victoria was very responsible to my texts and flexible with drop off and pick up times, which is nice when flights can be unpredictable. Many thanks to Victoria and her dogs for welcoming Mungo and Josie.
The care was excellent! We really appreciated the timely updates, clear communication, and the genuine care and attention given to our dogs. It was reassuring to know everything was going well, and the friendly, thoughtful approach made us feel completely comfortable. We’d definitely be happy to board our dogs with you again.
Taye is absolutely wonderful with Loki. He is not only a great sitter, but also a wonderful friend and playmate for him. Courtney was the absolute BEST. If I could leave 10 stars I would do so. She updated me several times a day through text messages and pictures so I knew Layni had adjusted and settled in comfortably. If she had questions, she reached out to me. Layni was well cared for during her stay with Courtney, My dog is like a child to me and Layni was happy with her stay as was I.
