“This was our first time being away from our dog, Jack. We had looked into several possible options and none seemed right. Then we discovered rover.com. Ron’s home was fairly close to us and we set up a meet and greet. LOVE at first sight! No words to say how happy we were because Jack loved it all. Ron sent daily photos and we knew he was comfortable and having a great time. Ron is a kind and very considerate care giver. He also has two dogs identical to Jack and they were so gracious. He was easy to reach and sent lots of sweet photos of our pup so we were never worried. Our dog takes Valley Fever meds 2x daily and it was no problem for Daniel to meet ours and the dogs needs during our 3 week vacation. Would definitely book with him again!”

“Carina and her family were absolutely wonderful to Noah. We needed a last minute sitter for longterm care and she was quick in responding to us. We were hesitant at first as we never booked a sitter prior to this and Noah was adopted from PACC within the year so we couldn't provide 100% information about his character. Carina was very patient with him and took him on walks he had many cuddles with her family. She updated us frequently while we were out of the country and even offered to purchase his treats that we forgot to leave with her. We will 100% rebook with her the next time we are in need! “Darlene went above and beyond with our little girl, Rosie. We really put her through the ringer. Rosie is older and has health issues that occasionally arise. Just before her stay, she started experiencing incontinence, which, though treated, was not yet under control during her stay with Darlene. Poor Darlene had to use her mop quite a bit, and despite the burden, she treated Rosie so gently and sweetly. Even though having accidents normally stresses Rosie out, she was very content at Darlene's. She was given a lot of love, a healthy amount of treats, and plenty of outside and playtime with Darlene's little pom, Foxi. We were able to relax knowing that Rosie was in great hands. We're big fans of Darlene. Will book again, if she'll have us.”

His own dog also is very friendly and helped my dog warm right up when he’s been afraid of other dogs in the past. I got daily photos and updates and felt very assured he was well taken care of. Charlotte took great care of our doggo during our short weekend trip. She was available for our last minute request and over a holiday weekend, which we really appreciated, and was very flexible with drop-off and pick-up timing. Our dog seems like he had a great time with her. Would definitely recommend and will look to book with her again!
Such a great boarding experience! My little guy was having some tummy troubles leading up to his stay and Logan was great at keeping me up to date with how he was doing. My travels were affected by traffic getting back into town and Logan was super helpful with coordinating drop off and pick up. My dog came home happy and had clearly had a great stay! He even was wearing a cute bandana when I picked him up! So grateful for Logan's flexibility and the care he gave my little buddy while I was away!
Ashley was exactly what we needed and more! We'd been having trouble finding a place for our 1-year-old puppy, who still has a few puppy behaviors but nothing troubling. But a lot of options were concerned she'd get anxious or that she'd nip at them, so we were up to the wire schedule-wise. None of this was a problem once she got settled in a little bit, and she had a great time with lots of play and training. We got lots of videos every day and great communication about everything, and I'm pretty sure our puppy is better behaved afterwards. We'll definitely be booking again.
We had a meet-and-greet where all three dogs were on their best behavior, and we were hoping that introduction would carry over to the actual sitting. It was the opposite. One of the dogs marked the apartment from stress and Melissa told us it was a reason she might not sit for us again. All three cried at the front door for the first thirty minutes and she let them key off each other's anxiety rather than separating them, which made the first stretch harder than it needed to be. Our previous sitter separated them and they settled much faster. She also suggested we book three separate sitters, which is expensive and a logistical nightmare when you're traveling. If your dogs are reactive to each other when anxious, it's worth asking about her approach before booking. We're hoping that with repeated visits the dogs will get more comfortable with her and it will get easier. Consistency with one sitter is the key.
This was our first time leaving Koda with anyone and Regina and Michael did a great job with Koda. They took him on dog walks, swimming and had lots of play time which Koda needs to expend all his playful, puppy energy. I appreciate Regina’s daily updates and photos. Thank you so much!!
Sylvie was fantastic! She was able to take my two week booking on short notice after my regular sitter canceled and I'm going to make Sylvie my new go-to sitter. She was super patient with my nervous dog and got my baby comfortable with her home and her dog very smoothly. She was also very understanding when my return flight was delayed and I couldn't get my dog until the next day.
