“I was so nervous about leaving Bruno but my worries were quickly put to rest after getting out of the car. Bruno walked into the yard with no hesitation. He even led the way into the house, just like he had been there before. Vicky was amazing. I truly appreciated the frequent photos and videos. Bruno never skipped any meals. We both discussed that the first night he may not eat dinner but he did. I loved that in each picture you could see that he had made himself at home. For me, then greatest tell of the care he received was when I picked him up. Naturally he was very excited for me to be there, but he would also go get a drink of water, and went back for rubs with Vicky as well. There aren't many people that will get deliberate attention from Bruno when I'm around. I know that Bruno was well cared for and I felt safe knowing Bruno was doing well.”

“Jose kept my cat for a long weekend, and I couldn’t be happier. Jose gave me updates and sent pictures. My sweet girl is shy and cautious so it takes a day or so for her to warm up. By the third day, she was sunbathing on her side which means she was very comfortable. He provided a calm safe space for her. I will definitely use him again in the future and highly recommend him. “Carina and her family were absolutely wonderful to Noah. We needed a last minute sitter for longterm care and she was quick in responding to us. We were hesitant at first as we never booked a sitter prior to this and Noah was adopted from PACC within the year so we couldn't provide 100% information about his character. Carina was very patient with him and took him on walks he had many cuddles with her family. She updated us frequently while we were out of the country and even offered to purchase his treats that we forgot to leave with her. We will 100% rebook with her the next time we are in need!
