“I boarded my 20 pound Miniature Schnauzer with Ron for a period of ten days while in Hawaii. My pup is an important part of my family and I want him to feel as if he is also having a vacation while I am away. After carefully researching every available boarding option I decided on Ron. I met Ron for a meet and greet before the actual boarding and his responsible and trustworthy nature was evident. Ron also has a beautifully landscaped and secure back yard. Lastly, Ron's Poodle Lily made an excellent companion to my proportionately sized Miniature Schnauzer. In my opinion, the combination of these qualities make's Ron the best choice for small dog boarding in Tucson. My schnauzer had a joyous time frolicking and cuddling with Ron's poodle while I was away. Ron did a great job of sending photos. The photos showed that my pup was eating, enjoying time on the couch and even cuddled in bed next to Ron's poodle. I received photos throughout my trip (not just the first few days) and these photos convinced me that my pup was having just as much fun as I was. Ron is a primary school teacher which is an occupation that I have much respect for and is illustrative of his good character. Ron also has a love of plants which is evident in his beautiful green yard with lots of shady places for dogs to rest and play. I was also very pleased that Ron has a dog door that my 20 pound schnauzer was able to fit through easily for constant back yard access. Overall, I do not think there is a better choice for small dog boarding in Tucson. My pup actually seemed sad to leave Ron and his poodle Lily. It was a great opportunity for my dog to socialize and play with another well trained dog. My dog came back happy, well exercised and without a trace of anxiety. In conclusion, Ron is a kind, intelligent, and caring animal lover. I would not hesitate to board my much loved miniature schnauzer with him next time I go on vacation. Ron's tranquil home and general attitude make the experience a vacation for your pet.”

“This is the first time Nissan spent time away from us with someone she didn't know. We picked Sylie due to the comments left by previous dog owners. We left Nissn for 5 days. “Beth was truly a Godsend for us! We have two furr babies, that are our world, and we have never had to board them before. “Darlene went above and beyond with our little girl, Rosie. We really put her through the ringer. Rosie is older and has health issues that occasionally arise. Just before her stay, she started experiencing incontinence, which, though treated, was not yet under control during her stay with Darlene. Poor Darlene had to use her mop quite a bit, and despite the burden, she treated Rosie so gently and sweetly. Even though having accidents normally stresses Rosie out, she was very content at Darlene's. She was given a lot of love, a healthy amount of treats, and plenty of outside and playtime with Darlene's little pom, Foxi. We were able to relax knowing that Rosie was in great hands. We're big fans of Darlene. Will book again, if she'll have us.”

Trevor has glaucoma and has a very specific medication application that needs to be done twice a day which made me nervous about not taking him with me to my vacation. I cannot say enough good things about Lesley and the care she gave to my sweet 15.5 year old pug. She sent picture updates daily and Chimy was clearly loving life! I was nervous about leaving him with someone for almost 2 week at this age, but everything was fantastic. He even uses a doggie wheelchair and Lesley handled that great as well. I felt good and Chimy clearly felt good! Thank you Lesley!! We will definitely have you care for our sweet pug and other future pets again.
Leaving our dogs with someone new is incredibly stressful, especially when you’re going to be gone for an extended period. After a previous boarding experience that clearly wasn’t a good fit for our pups, I promised myself I would find a more personal, home environment the next time we traveled. Ron exceeded every expectation. From the moment we met him, it was clear he genuinely loves dogs. Throughout our entire trip, he sent daily updates and photos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. Instead of wondering how they were doing, we could actually see they were happy, relaxed, and having fun. Our two Shih Tzus, Hali’a and Fitz, settled in beautifully. They even learned to use the doggie door! They had the opportunity to interact with Ron and his sweet dogs, Lily and Cannoli, and it was obvious they were treated like part of the family instead of being left in a kennel. As pet parents, there’s nothing more valuable than being able to enjoy your vacation knowing your dogs are safe, loved, and well cared for. Ron gave us exactly that. We were so impressed that we’ve already booked with him again. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Ron to anyone looking for someone who will care for their pets as if they were his own. Patrick was absolutely wonderful! Communication was excellent before and during our pet's stay with him. Jessica was great! Knowing my Maple was well taken cared of and loved while I was on vacation brings me so much peace. I hate leaving her and stress about it a lot, but Jessica eased that stress, making my trip more enjoyable and giving my pup a fun experience while I was away. Plus she communicated well and was accommodating when my return flight was delayed. I def recommend her and will be booking with her again. ☺️
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! Steve is helpful, friendly, smart, caring, knowledgeable, kind - I can’t say enough good things about him. My sister needed emergency surgery, so at the last minute I had to find someone to watch her dog. Boy, am I glad I chose Steve! He was great with her! He went above and beyond! If anyone needs a dog sitter Steve is the one to pick!
Judy is so awesome with our dog! He is a small, elderly dog with a ton of energy and love to give. She made such an effort to make sure that she was a good match for him before we even booked. She took her time to introduce him to her dogs, her house herself etc.... and it really helped my dog feel at ease. While we were away, she was extremely communicative if there were questions about my dog... and she also shared numerous photos of him with us so we knew how he was doing frequently. Cooper always feels great and happy when I go to pick him up. I can tell that he was well cared for and loved and that really means so much. 1000% recommend booking with Judy.
Claudia was over all amazing. From communicating with me during booking as this was my first using Rover. She communicated quickly and messaged me as soon as I asked for an update.
