Murphy is very protective around me and I appreciate Ron for understanding that and giving Murphy a chance to settle in. I also really appreciated the regular photos of Murphy playing with Ron’s sweet dogs, and the messages talking about how Murphy was doing. I picked up Murphy and she looked happy and satisfied, which is always what I want when I drop Murphy off. I am glad I trusted Ron with Murphy”

“It was our first time using Rover. Our year old dog Sandee loved being with them. They have a sweet dog named Preston which she enjoyed playing with. Carina and Santiago's two daughters also help with the pet care. Felicia even made Sandee a couple handmade flowers for her collar. So sweet! They also offer for a small additional fee pick up and drop off of your pet if needed. They treat their Rover pets as part of the family. :) We will be regulars with them!!”

Daniel is such a kind, warm, and caring person, and it clearly shows in the way he cares for the dogs entrusted to him. Our dog, Klay, absolutely loves him and he especially loves spending time with Daniel’s dog, Linus. Klay is always so happy and excited when we arrive at Daniel’s home. It has become a place of joy for him. In fact, today when I picked Klay up, I could see the sadness in his eyes as we drove away. He kept looking back at Daniel’s house, and as his mom, I know that look , he was going to miss being there. That alone tells me everything I need to know. Klay is always well taken care of, loved, cuddled, played with, and treated like family. With Daniel, I never have to worry. I know my dog is in the best hands. “Cameron and Tyson are gems! My dad passed away unexpectedly and I was really stressed about finding someone new to watch our Emma girl on semi short notice. Fortunately, we found Cameron and Tyson and all of my nerves went away. Emma was immediately happy to be in their big back yard and settled in really quickly. We received daily updates with the cutest photos and videos that were so fun to receive! It was easy to see she was having fun and felt right at home in their space. Charlotte took great care of our doggo during our short weekend trip. She was available for our last minute request and over a holiday weekend, which we really appreciated, and was very flexible with drop-off and pick-up timing. Our dog seems like he had a great time with her. Would definitely recommend and will look to book with her again!
Such a great boarding experience! My little guy was having some tummy troubles leading up to his stay and Logan was great at keeping me up to date with how he was doing. My travels were affected by traffic getting back into town and Logan was super helpful with coordinating drop off and pick up. My dog came home happy and had clearly had a great stay! He even was wearing a cute bandana when I picked him up! So grateful for Logan's flexibility and the care he gave my little buddy while I was away!
We had a meet-and-greet where all three dogs were on their best behavior, and we were hoping that introduction would carry over to the actual sitting. It was the opposite. One of the dogs marked the apartment from stress and Melissa told us it was a reason she might not sit for us again. All three cried at the front door for the first thirty minutes and she let them key off each other's anxiety rather than separating them, which made the first stretch harder than it needed to be. Our previous sitter separated them and they settled much faster. She also suggested we book three separate sitters, which is expensive and a logistical nightmare when you're traveling. If your dogs are reactive to each other when anxious, it's worth asking about her approach before booking. We're hoping that with repeated visits the dogs will get more comfortable with her and it will get easier. Consistency with one sitter is the key.
This was our first time leaving Koda with anyone and Regina and Michael did a great job with Koda. They took him on dog walks, swimming and had lots of play time which Koda needs to expend all his playful, puppy energy. I appreciate Regina’s daily updates and photos. Thank you so much!!
Sylvie was fantastic! She was able to take my two week booking on short notice after my regular sitter canceled and I'm going to make Sylvie my new go-to sitter. She was super patient with my nervous dog and got my baby comfortable with her home and her dog very smoothly. She was also very understanding when my return flight was delayed and I couldn't get my dog until the next day.
Claudia was over all amazing. From communicating with me during booking as this was my first using Rover. She communicated quickly and messaged me as soon as I asked for an update. My dogs enjoyed her company and she made my dogs feel safe for their first time away from home. We truly appreciate her and would recommend booking her if you are looking for a reliable sitter.
