In order to create a safe environment for our smaller friends, I only accept dogs under 25lbs. I have been a preschool and kindergarten teacher most of my life. I bring the same love and care to the animals in my home, that I brought to the children in my class. I have had dogs all my life. I know how important they are to you. They are that important to me as well.

Ron is just the best. I was so surprised to get pictures the first morning and throughout the stay. My family and I were so confident our entire trip we didn't worry and we're able to focus on our tasks. Highly recommend.
We had just moved to Tucson and I contacted Ron because of his great reviews. And he absolutely lived up to them! Murphy is very protective around me and I appreciate Ron for understanding that and giving Murphy a chance to settle in. I also really appreciated the regular photos of Murphy playing with Ron’s sweet dogs, and the messages talking about how Murphy was doing. I picked up Murphy and she looked happy and satisfied, which is always what I want when I drop Murphy off. I am glad I trusted Ron with Murphy
Leaving our dogs with someone new is incredibly stressful, especially when you’re going to be gone for an extended period. After a previous boarding experience that clearly wasn’t a good fit for our pups, I promised myself I would find a more personal, home environment the next time we traveled. Ron exceeded every expectation. From the moment we met him, it was clear he genuinely loves dogs. Throughout our entire trip, he sent daily updates and photos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. Instead of wondering how they were doing, we could actually see they were happy, relaxed, and having fun. Our two Shih Tzus, Hali’a and Fitz, settled in beautifully. They even learned to use the doggie door! They had the opportunity to interact with Ron and his sweet dogs, Lily and Cannoli, and it was obvious they were treated like part of the family instead of being left in a kennel. As pet parents, there’s nothing more valuable than being able to enjoy your vacation knowing your dogs are safe, loved, and well cared for. Ron gave us exactly that. We were so impressed that we’ve already booked with him again. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Ron to anyone looking for someone who will care for their pets as if they were his own. Thank you, Ron, for taking such wonderful care of our babies!

Schedule
I am retired now. I spend most days puttering around the house and playing with the pups. I love working in the yard, so we are in and out all day.

I have a very dog friendly space and a beautiful, large, shady, securly fenced yard to explore. I have two very sweet dogs, Lily and Canoli, they would love to show your pups around.

A typical day
Lily, Canoli and I will provide lots of snuggles and play. A good balance of indoor and outdoor. Plenty of time to explore the yard and then cool off inside.
