I have always had pets, and all different kinds. Growing up, my parents made sure I shared responsibility in caring for each one. I learned so much and developed a passion and I have remained consistent in rescuing, volunteering and ensuring the well being of every animal, big and small. I lived in Thailand for four years and while abroad, created my own dog walking/ dog sitting business as well as volunteering for 6 months for animal control. I have also volunteered at numerous animal shelters plus have trained countless pups and dogs. That would include walking, feeding, cleaning out kennels, and even giving each one devoted time and attention. I am a certified groomer and worked at pet supermarket for 5 years before starting to groom out of my home. I groom every pup before going home, fresh and clean (: Some years ago, I had a diabetic dog, it started with a lot of allergies and other medical problems before I eventually had to start giving him insulin. I have experience with this sort of thing and am able to give medications including injected medication. I also have certification in dog CPR and first aid. When in my care, your pet will never be left alone or unattended. When my dog needs to go outside, she sits by door. I also have bells that they can ring if they are trained that way and a doggie door that I can put in or remove. I let my pup run around in my back yard or we go for a walk. We like to go to the dog park in the late afternoon or the evening. Walks are in the early morning or early evening, especially in the summertime. We play a lot, drink plenty of water and play some more before crashing at night. Tired dogs are well behaved dogs.😊 Feeding schedule will remain the same as you do in your home, and they will be fed separately. I have a ton of dog toys but pick them up until I have gotten to know your dog, as some are prone to toy aggression. Besides my cat and dog, I have little citters that don't leave their tanks. I live in a 2 bedroom house with a small yard. My dog is a little sneaker and tries to get into something almost every time I look away. When I leave I put her in her crate to keep her safe. I have been testing her more recently, leaving for short periods of time to train good behavior. I don't crate unless it is your preference. My kitty enjoys sleeping/hiding and they both get along well. I have baby gates to separate the living from the bedrooms- just in case your pup is unsure of cats. If I am in your home, whatever rules you set for the care of your pet will be respected and closely followed as well as when they're in my home.
