Pet care experience
God spelled backwards
I've had dogs for years I've had four dogs of my own and this year my last dog passed away.I love having dogs in my life and have always taken care of friends dogs. I'm retired and working on rover mainly because I love dogs. I don't have a dog of my own right now because I leave town frequently to visit family and friends out of state. I love the company of dogs and rover provides me with a way to have dogs around anytime I'm home in Tucson. I don't leave a dog for more than running errands or going to the gym. I treat all my rover dogs as if they are my own. I want them to feel loved and cherished while in my care.

Pamela is wonderful with pets and humans! She goes above and beyond to help. This was my dogs first pet sitter and I think he wanted to stay. I hope everyone can have an opportunity to utilize her services!

Our Uschi is a repeat visitor to Pamela's house. Uschi loves her time with Pam. Pam provides a safe space for pets to explore, provides exciting toys to enrich their day, and is mindful of senior pet needs and medications. Thank you for an excellent 3 week stay. We highly recommend Pamela for your dogsitting needs. Thank you!

Pam was fantastic! Very quick to respond and super caring. The pups loved her and were comfortable right away! She sent updates everyday and made sure we were kept in the loop! So glad we found her!

Pamela was great! Appreciated daily pictures and updates. Thanks so much for watching Wiggins!
Pam was great with taking care of Jasper. I will always ask Pam to watch my dog for as long as she is available.

Pamela was wonderful! Brulee appeared to be very relaxed and comfortable. She was attentive and caring. He resumed his normal routine upon coming home - which was a big deal! She sent pictures everyday. I would definitely send him there again. Thank you for taking care of my baby.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
I have a completely fenced property. I do not let my dogs outside without me. They are allowed on all couches and beds in my home. The dogs are welcome to sleep with us in our bed. I walk dogs twice daily if they are willing. If they are shy and fearful I take them outside and let them roam around and get fresh air. I do not take dogs to dog parks or on errands. It's safer to keep them home. On walks I avoid all other dogs. While taking care of dogs I rarely leave them alone. I try to make any necessary appointments during times that I don't have a dog. I run errands that don't take more than an hour. I want the dogs to feel secure and comfortable while in my care.
A typical day
I walk my dogs early in the morning and in the evening after it has cooled down. During the summer heat I walk the dogs once in the morning then in the late evenings on a short walk on my block.

- I only watch one dog at a time. I will watch more than one if they are from the same family. I have occasionally watched more than one dog at a time but only with permission from both owners.
