About: I’ve had a dog for 3 years now and I love having her and taking her for walks, and I also want to save for college and make some money on the side to be able to afford rent and food when I'm at college I am home from college as of right now at UW LAX and I would prefer to have work and get outside because I love to be outside and walk dogs I always make sure my dog has food and water, and I always take her out for walks in the morning. Also great at walking larger dogs and dogs with high exercise requirements Currently open at all hours and all days of the week due to waiting for other job offers. I have several references I work full time, but I have a very flexible schedule that sometimes allows me to work from home. Your dog, however, will never be alone because my husband is home during the day. I take your dog for a morning and night walk and on weekends three short walks. I also play with them. They can sleep on the bed and furniture

About: My entire life has been spent with dogs (of all ages!). I grew up in a household with dogs, and was included in their training as a young girl. I began dogsitting for family in high school and college, which I LOVED doing. I dreamed of having a pup of my own, but had to wait until I finished school. That's when Wrigley chose me at the shelter. He wrapped me around his little paws right away, and before I knew it I was a proud parent to a rambunctious 4-month-old puppy! ❤️ When he was around 2 years old, it became evident that he was suffering from bad doggy anxiety. I contacted a behaviorist that I've known for years that works at his vet's office (I call her his therapist 😂), and began sessions to find ways to help him. The sessions were more about me learning how to navigate him through situations so that he could see that not everything is scary. He is now 9.5 years old and doing wonderfully. The experience opened my eyes to many things that I hadn't experienced in my previous nearly 30 years of being with dogs. I am now incredibly attuned to the behavior of all dogs and the signs that they're beginning to feel anxious. This knowledge has afforded me the opportunity to help dogs out of situations that they're uncomfortable with. I'm not afraid to ask someone not to pet or to stop petting a dog that is showing signs of feeling uncomfortable in a situation. They can't use words, so I will speak for them! I will never force a dog to do something if their actions are telling me that they don't want to do it. I feel that dogs are the most pure creatures on Earth, and feel it's my duty to treat them as such. I am so grateful for the knowledge gained from having Wrigley, and his anxiety, in my life. It has made me love dogs even more than I already did. I have cared for dogs as young as 6 weeks and as old as 14 years. I have assisted in, or led, the training of 4 dogs. I am comfortable caring for dogs of all ages and sizes. I also love to walk! I walk at least 4 miles per day and love every minute of it. I'd love to have your pup join me on a walk! I'm also available for drop-in visits (which would include loving on your pup!) and overnight stays while you're away. I always enjoy getting updates about Wrigley when I'm away from him, and plan to extend the same peace of mind to you. I would love nothing more than to make some new 4-legged best friends! I currently have a very flexible schedule. I can accommodate daily walks, drop-in visits, and overnight stays. I will likely be available to care for your pets during your upcoming spring and summer vacations! My schedule will become less flexible toward the end of summer, but I anticipate that I'll still have some availability to make (or continue) new doggy friendships! I currently live in a townhome in an apartment complex, and the environment isn't ideal for some dogs (especially those who live in a single family home) as you can frequently hear the next door neighbors, neighboring pets, etc., which can cause stress for some pups. With the comfort of the dog being my utmost priority, I have decided that I will not be offering boarding in my home at this time. I would be happy to come stay at your home with your pup (or pups), though! Wrigley would love to join me and play with some new friends (with your permission of course). I would never bring him without having done a meet-and-greet for the dogs at a neutral location first, but I do find that having a non-human friend to play with can help pups feel at ease when their people are gone. Some dogs prefer only human friends, which is totally fine! I'm happy to be their substitute person while you're away. 🙂

About: I have experience with dogs and cats my whole life. I have always been an animal lover! I currently have one 3 year old Golden Retriever who I love and adore. Having to leave my own dog to go on vacation or needing someone to drop-in or bring him for a walk can be stressful. My dog is my family and I want to know he is in good hands while I’m away. I will take care of your pets like they are my own! Every dog is different and needs different care and I will be there to give your dog their essential needs, exercise, belly rubs and love while you’re away! I can easily crate your dog if needed. I am good with putting on harnesses and maintaining control while your dog walks on a leash.
