Paul made sure that Rheyah took her medicine multiple times per day, fed her a special diet and even gave her a partial bath every other night to treat her chronic skin condition. About: We lost our sweet Blue (11 year old labradoodle) 3 years ago of bone cancer, and have recently become empty nesters. We LOVE dogs, and our cat has missed his canine companion. Our yard is over an acre, and includes a wooded area. We are also located near beautiful trails that we can walk to. Both of us work from home the majority of the time, and we will only open our home up to furry house guests if we are sure that at least one of us is available to be home the majority of the day. Your dog will love the extra love and attention that they will receive, and we tend to be a bit lenient with letting dogs on furniture/beds. Most of our neighbors own dogs, and there are young children next door. That being said, a dog that is friendly with other dogs and not wary of children would LOVE a vacation with us. I am working part time, and my husband works at least 1/2 of the time from home. We are flexible with dog schedules, and have experience with "elderly" dogs with special needs. We have a large yard (over an acre), which is not fenced in. Our neighborhood connects to walking trails and parks, so your dog will have ample exercise opportunities. We are extremely flexible with our schedules, and can adapt to meet your dog's current routines.

About: Ive been around dogs for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my parents ran a pet-care business out of our home—starting with family pets and growing into a well-known service in our city. Because of this, handling dogs of all personalities is second nature to me. I’m also very active and athletic, so I love taking dogs out for long walks or brisk runs—perfect if you have a high-energy pup who needs to burn off extra steam. I do work full time during the week and I go into an office. I would be available on my lunch break to let your pup out if you are in the area of my work and also at night during the week and on weekends. I have my own almost 4 year old black lab. He is very well behaved and I have a nice open backyard where he gets to run freely.
