About: I've lived with animals my entire life. Growing up, we had five dogs, four cats, bunnies and guinea pigs, snakes and lizards, fish, and chickens. Currently, while living at home in the summers, we have snakes, lizards, spiders, a cat, and three dogs, one of which is mine. My dog Winston is a service dog in training that my mom and I are owner-training. While I'm in no way a professional trainer, I can help with teaching or maintaining the basics with any dog. I'm currently home for the summer from school and waiting on an application for a part-time job. I am free most of the day right now, as I haven't started working yet. So, I can come over and take care of any pet's needs most any time. I can take care of your animals' needs any time, whether it's taking them on a walk, letting them outside, feeding, cleaning up, or playing with them. My dogs at home are crate trained, so if your dog also stays in a crate at certain points of the day or night, I can easily crate them.

About: We lost our sweet Blue (11 year old labradoodle) 3 years ago of bone cancer, and have recently become empty nesters. We LOVE dogs, and our cat has missed his canine companion. Our yard is over an acre, and includes a wooded area. We are also located near beautiful trails that we can walk to. Both of us work from home the majority of the time, and we will only open our home up to furry house guests if we are sure that at least one of us is available to be home the majority of the day. Your dog will love the extra love and attention that they will receive, and we tend to be a bit lenient with letting dogs on furniture/beds. Most of our neighbors own dogs, and there are young children next door. That being said, a dog that is friendly with other dogs and not wary of children would LOVE a vacation with us. I am working part time, and my husband works at least 1/2 of the time from home. We are flexible with dog schedules, and have experience with "elderly" dogs with special needs. We have a large yard (over an acre), which is not fenced in. Our neighborhood connects to walking trails and parks, so your dog will have ample exercise opportunities. We are extremely flexible with our schedules, and can adapt to meet your dog's current routines.

I worked in a doggy day care for 4 years so I am very familiar with senior care, medicine care and feeding care. My schedule has currently opened up so I have more time to love on your dogs! I’ve had a total of 5 dogs throughout my life that were great and loyal fur babies. I will take care of your fur babies as if they were mine. I will work with your routine and what needs to be done for them. Im here to make sure that a beat isn’t missed while you’re gone. I will work around their schedule to make sure everything is done for them correctly. As I mentioned earlier I will work around your animals schedule to make sure they are taken care of. Being self-employed gives me a very flexible schedule, allowing me to prioritize your dog’s routine—whether they need a long midday trek or a dedicated house sitter to keep them company while you’re away. As a self-employed professional, my schedule is very flexible, allowing me to easily integrate pet care into my daily routine. Since I work from home and cannot have dogs in my own apartment, I treat my walks and house-sitting bookings as my primary motivation to get outside for walks. My priority is maintaining your dog's familiar routine to keep them stress-free. I provide dedicated companionship, and because I am self-employed, I can often bring my work with me to ensure your pet isn't left alone for long periods.

About: Hi! My name is Marinda and I chose to be apart of Rover because I have always loved animals. I serve as a manager at a local veterinary hospital and have years of experience when it comes to dog watching. I’m hoping this is an opportunity I’ll be able to take care of others dogs! I have always enjoyed all types of dogs and seem to get along with them all as well. Hope to be able to be apart of your pets life! I am a full time employee who would love to have a second job but doesn’t have the time for it, so, I fill in my easy days with Rover! It’s easy to manage with my own hours! First and foremost I read about the pet and what the owners have to say about them. This will give me a good idea for what I am getting into when I enter the owners house. I will already know how the dogs are going to act and I will be prepared. I never leave the doors unlocked/open unless advised by the owner. I will do exactly what the owner has said to do. I will always double check a dog is secured with their leash when going outside, I will also be aware of the weather and how that might switch the dogs needs when going outside.
