He gets at least 2 walks a day in addition to play time in their large fenced in yard. Hank recently stayed with the family for 25 days which is the longest we’ve left him with any sitter. About: I have had pets my entire life. At this time, I am petless, so I would love to love on your pets. Family and friends have relied on me to watch, walk, and play with their furry friends. I and my husband are retired so we have a lot of time to spend with your dog and will walk them a few times a day and play with them. They will always have someone with them. I take younger dogs for a morning, afternoon and night walk. I adjust the number of walks and distance if they are older dogs. I also play with them. They can sleep on the bed and furniture.

About: We lost our sweet Blue (11 year old labradoodle) 3 years ago of bone cancer, and have recently become empty nesters. We LOVE dogs, and our cat has missed his canine companion. Our yard is over an acre, and includes a wooded area. We are also located near beautiful trails that we can walk to. Both of us work from home the majority of the time, and we will only open our home up to furry house guests if we are sure that at least one of us is available to be home the majority of the day. Your dog will love the extra love and attention that they will receive, and we tend to be a bit lenient with letting dogs on furniture/beds. Most of our neighbors own dogs, and there are young children next door. That being said, a dog that is friendly with other dogs and not wary of children would LOVE a vacation with us. I am working part time, and my husband works at least 1/2 of the time from home. We are flexible with dog schedules, and have experience with "elderly" dogs with special needs. We have a large yard (over an acre), which is not fenced in. Our neighborhood connects to walking trails and parks, so your dog will have ample exercise opportunities. We are extremely flexible with our schedules, and can adapt to meet your dog's current routines.

About: Hello! My family and I love animals. We've been on Rover since January 2024! We currently have 2 indor cats and have backyard chickens (in coop) that are pets and lay eggs for us. We live in a quiet Hartland neighborhood in a cul-de-sac that is very low traffic. Part of our yard is fenced for play and potty breaks, and I love taking walks around our neighborhood. The majority of the week, my husband is working from home or I am home. The longest your pet may be left is 6 hours if staying with us during the work week. So usually someone is there to spend time with your pet! We are available any day of the week for boarding. I live in a quiet cul-de-sac. I always practice sit-stay when opening the door to prevent bolting out. Part of our yard is fenced and outside the fence your pet will always be leashed. If I am away for a short period and it's needed for safety or per your preference, we do have a large crate and an enclosed pet gate.

About: Hi, I'm Max! I've been a pet lover ever since I was a kid. Currently, I take care of my childhood dog, Jordy, who's about 19 years old and has several health issues. He's a sweet loving rescue dog, and I wouldn't trade him for the world. I am experienced with giving dogs medications, both liquid and solid, and cleaning them as needed. I understand that every dogs has their own needs, and I am willing and able to give every dog the love they need, want, and deserve. I just graduated from Carthage College, so I have the entire summer to care for your pet! Whether that means staying overnight or walking them a few times a day, I'm ready to give them the care they need. “Scott, Ashley and family take such good care of our 92 lb. Weimaraner, Hank. He has a lot of energy and always does well when with the family. He gets at least 2 walks a day in addition to play time in their large fenced in yard. Hank recently stayed with the family for 25 days which is the longest we’ve left him with any sitter. Everything went very well. Scott is great about sending pictures and updates daily.”

He enjoyed playing with her dogs & we could definitely tell that he wasn’t so worked up to come home (we have tried boarding locations in the past & he is very eager to get out of there asap & has never truly enjoyed that type of environment). We are very happy that we found Savannah to care for him ! The communication was great & and we are just happy that Simba had a safe/fun experience. About: I have had dog from puppy to senior over the last 20yrs. I have watched friends dogs as well. Always enjoy being around the energy. I will have time starting after Thanksgiving to board dogs. My routine changes weekly, but can work around what is needed. It might be easiest to have dogs at my house. I have a nice sized backyard with room to run, fetch or just be outside. It is not fenced in, but we have an invisible fence.
