“Brittney did a wonderful job! She kept in touch and sent pictures every day. Simon was so happy to see us when we got back and didn’t look stressed at all. It was so comforting to have someone reliable to care for our fur baby. I definitely plan on using Brittany for the future as long as she is willing of course.”

“Sarah has always been great when checking in on our cats! She communicates very well and always stops in when scheduled. She is great about sending pictures and updates on how our pets are doing when we go on vacation.”

“Wonderful first experience with Abbey! Great communication and my little Stella is usually so shy and barky to new people, but she warmed up instantly to Abbey on our initial meet and greet. I will definitely be booking again, thank you :)”

“Time & time again I am always so happy with Abby’s care!! The litter scooper happened to break while I was gone and I was surprised with a replacement for free. Abby is THE BEST!!!”

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. Growing up my family had loving but sassy golden retriever, she was so nurturing and maternal we nicknamed her Nanny Girl. She always groomed and watched over us kids but also our cats lol! I then was blessed to spend 12 wonderfully sweet years with my black lab. He was such a spunky, funny pup and grew into the sweetest, most gentle little old man. I miss him terribly, but I am not quite ready to get another dog. I frequently dog/cat sit for family and friends and I still have boxes of toys left for your pup to play with. I remember the stress and worry of leaving your fur baby behind and in the care of someone else when going on vacation. I can promise you that I will love and spoil your fur baby as if they were my own. I work from home full time so I will be with your dog all day (with the exception of a possible quick errand). I can accommodate any needs that your dog has. If they are high energy I am very familiar with lots of parks, trails and dog parks in the area to run and play and get all that energy out. If they have slowed down a bit I have a comfy couch and lots of blankets to snuggle up with and toys to play at their pace with. I work remotely, so I am able to be with your pet all day. We can go out for walks frequently or if medication needs to be administered throughout the day I am available to do that. I am very clean and am overly cautious when taking pups outside. I always make sure they are on their leash securely and stay alert for things going on around us.

“Zoe was very kind and took good care of our baby Luna while we were away on a weekend trip. She did a good job of communicating with us and taking pictures and sending us updates. We would definitely have her come over again in the future!”

I felt SO comfortable on my trip knowing they were with her! 10/10 can’t wait to book her in the future!”

About: Hi! My name is Callahan. I’m a recent graduate from Eastern Michigan University. I come from a family of animal lovers with cats, a dog, and even bunnies. I have my own cat baby who has feline asthma and other medical conditions. I am very comfortable caring for cats with medical conditions and administering pills. I also love dogs and am comfortable taking care of them. I’m currently working part time so I have a lot of flexibility to watch your animals. My select dates I am not available will be shown on the calendar. I will treat your fur baby like my own. I have a small apartment so I will not be able to care for pets in my home but would love to drop in or stay for services at others

“Olivia is a very sweet person I was lucky enough to have take care of my precious cat Luna. She made sure she was well aware of her needs and went beyond her responsibilities by trying to just be a friend to Luna while I was away. I would recommend Olivia to anyone. 10 out of 10”

“Sophia is a wonderful cat sitter! We have 3 with somewhat picky eating habits and Sophia took care of it all and sent great pictures. She even won over one of ours that only likes one person!”

“Lindsey was purely amazing. Her communication, photos, details, updates… the whole thing was perfect. As someone who had never done this before, I would hire Lindsey every single time to watch my babies! You’re awesome Lindsey! Thank you!!”

“First time using Adam he did a great job and my 2 cats were well looked after and seemed happy when we returned from our trip. I will us Adam again for watching my cats.”

About: I am always smiling brightly every time I have the opportunity to be with an animal. (I have many photos of this to share!) I love all types of these precious beings! Some of my life experiences include: Parenting Dogs, Cats, Kittens, Lizards, and Senior Pets. I have assisted in kitten birth and successfully bonded with, and adopted a feral kitten who (still) adores me... Yay! 😁 I have also cared for a very sick lizard who required a lot of care by myself for a few long months. All types of animals seem to be attracted to me, including... dogs, cats, ferrets, horses, donkeys, goats, possums, squirrels, etc. I love the saying, "If animals are drawn to you, it's not random. They can sense good energy and are naturally drawn to calm and safe vibes." I have been a volunteer at the Michigan Humane Society and I am also a medical professional (for humans). *Disclaimer: My '30' years of experience is personal, not professional. I have always had a strong desire to work with animals and I am hoping to finally transition from human care to animal care. I did not choose to work medically with animals as my career because I prefer to interact with animals and enjoy what they bring to the world, rather than do restraining and invasive procedures on them. ***IMPORTANT***Since I am attempting to transition from human care to animal care, I still work full time (plus) in the Human Healthcare field and my work schedule varies. Rover only allows us three default time slots to choose from and that is a HUGE disaster for my scheduled 'availability' here. Due to this set up, unfortunately I will have to decline requests often. It is not that I don't want the opportunity. It is that I will not be able to take some of them at that time and there is no option to indicate that on my schedule calander. My typical availability might be something like: M-W evenings 6-9pm (I may arrive in medical scrubs), Friday afternoon 2-6pm and some Sunday afternoons before 2pm. House sitting can also 'sometimes' be booked with notice if not marked in my profile or calander as an available service. This schedule is not definite, not always available and varies. Sometimes I will even be available other times but it would be impossible to continually update that here in my profile every few days so it seems there is not much choice but to decline 'open' slots where I am not available. I greatly apologize in advance. I will keep my calander as close to accurate as I am able to but it will not be exact. I did request a change in the scheduling format for better accommodation. 👍🏿 I am pretty intuitive about what makes an animal happy (and not) and I would make their time with me as awesome as I possibly can! Additionally, I would happily engage farm animals, birds, and others to my full ability!

About: I've had some experience raising a Future Leader Dog from Leader Dogs for the Blind. I am working towards a biology degree for pre-veterinary medicine. My schedule is subject to change during the summer. Contact me for my updated schedule. I may be called in for work depending on the day. I have a fensed in backyard. I do not have any pets living in the house. There is a 10 year old girl that would keep your pet company under supervision.

Bonnie S.

“Bonnie watched our very energetic, 6 month old, puppy for 10 days last summer. She took such good care of her, walked her twice a day, played with her in the yard, snuggled - as much as you can with a puppy with those sharp teeth:) and basically was a great dog mom while we were gone. Bonnie is a very happy and kind person which carried over to her care of our puppy. I observed her being gentle but firm when interacting with our puppy as well as my daughter's dog and could see that she genuinely loves animals. Upon our return I could tell our puppy missed all the love and attention she was given. Bonnie spent a lot of time with our puppy and took great care of her. I would highly recommend her to be your dog's caregiver!”

Terry Y.
“I met Terry Yung about 4 years ago and every day since then has been her proving how gentle loving and caring she is. From the day we met she showed a passion towards taking care of and loving animals. Her attitude towards the critters and creatures of our world prove without a shadow of a doubt that she is the single best choice for to be around dogs. On top of all of this, she has shown such extensive knowledge and willingness to learn that makes her a unique candidate that cannot be missed. Choosing her means choosing a responsible amazing person to take on this task and there is no better person for the job. She is the definition of one of a kind and the only concern youd need to having the dog falling for her and never leaving.”
