About: I am a total dog lover! My husband and I rescued our dog Roscoe almost 6 years ago. He is one of the most spoiled dogs I know and is a huge mama’s boy. We enjoy hiking together, and going on walks and for runs along the local greenways in Charlotte and in the neighborhood. He enjoys having other dogs to play with and we pet sit for a few friends and neighbors when they go on vacation, having their dog come and spend time in our home. They always get excited when I pick them up and go home tired from all our walks and outdoor play in our fenced in yard. I send pictures and updates daily. We love spending time playing with other dogs, especially Roscoe! I’m a special education teacher and my husband works in the restaurant business, so he’s home most days and I’m home after school and evenings. I have a fenced in yard and a friendly, playful dog to keep your fur baby active. We are happy to crate your dog when we are not here/at night if this is what they’re used to. Otherwise, we block the stairs off when we need to leave with Roscoe upstairs and your pet downstairs.

About: I've taken care of all types of dogs with all energy levels, and have been regularly dog sitting for friends and family for the last decade, and love doing it! I'm a very active person and am willing to take dogs on long walks, hikes or even runs, but also have a fenced in yard for dogs that prefer to stay close to home. I have a soft spot for older dogs, as I was the primary caregiver for my childhood dog that lived to be 16 years old. I've also gained a ton of experience with shy dogs during covid, as I foster failed with my current dog, who was a completely feral, terrified street dog. She is now a sweet pet who loves when other dogs come to visit! I currently work from home, and can make time throughout the day for cuddles, walks and yard time with the pups in between work meetings. My house is a safe environment for you pet. I make sure to do slow introductions with my dog and any new dogs coming into the house, and the dogs eat in separate rooms (no matter how well they get along). Yard time is always supervised.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life between neighbors, family and friends. I have always had a soft spot for animals, but my heart has its own place for dogs. I have dog sat and house sat many times for friends and friends of friends and I have loved it every single time! Additionally, I have babysat kiddos in families with puppies, adult dogs, senior dogs, and other animals so I have plenty of experience caring for others loved ones! I know your pups are family members so I will put a lot of love and care when keeping your fur babies! I am currently not working, so I will be able to give love and attention to your pup almost all day every day. I am able to accommodate to its needs with no issues, and will always have time for bathroom breaks and lots of play time! I do not have a fenced in yard, but I do have a 200 foot leash that stretches throughout the big yard if needed. I have 2 friendly dog neighbors that love meeting new dogs. Inside, they have plenty of space to roam around and hang out with my mini goldendoodle pup!

About: There has never been a time when I did not have a pet - I love animals wholeheartedly. I will give your pet the attention they deserve while you are unable to, and I will enjoy doing it!
