About: I grew up always having pets in my life, including cats, dogs, and small animals, and I’ve been caring for animals for over 25 years. I also lived on a farm for three years, which gave me hands-on experience with a wide variety of animals and their different needs. My mom was a vet tech, so our home was often full of animals she brought home to care for, including dogs, cats, a goat, and even a fawn. Over the years, I’ve also helped with pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbors. I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe, loved, and cared for while their people are away. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, walks, playtime, check-ins, giving pets attention and reassurance, and keeping owners updated so they know their pets are doing well. I’m a stay-at-home mom with elementary and middle school aged children, which gives me flexibility during the school day to care for pets. I’m available for weekday drop-ins, walks, feeding, playtime, and companionship while owners are at work or away. About: I’ve owned dogs my entire life and love them. I work from home and it would be great to have a cute coworker to take care of. I don’t have any pets and no kids in the house and the neighborhood is very dog friendly. I have all the time in the world and your pet would never be alone, I am looking to have some company while I work. Michelle went above and beyond, staying for longer than she was hired to, putting my pup’s needs first, even if that was inconvenient timewise. She was also such a calm presence, that it even made me wonder if my dog cared that I was gone LOL. When I got home, I could tell that he really had felt safe with her just from the fact that he was excited but wasn’t anxious when he saw me. I could tell that he had been comfortable a few days I was gone, and I owe all of that to Michelle. I would absolutely recommend and plan to hire her in the future.
Heather was absolutely amazing with our cats! We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter while we were away. She went above and beyond - bringing in our packages, checking on our fish, and even offering to grab our mail. It gave us such peace of mind knowing everything at home was being cared for.
