“Animals happy when we returned, Susie was very accomodating when we changed the dates for visits several times which we truly appreciated. She kept in touch with us re our four footed family members and we felt very comfortable entrusting their care with her.”

“She was the best and took amazing care of my golden while I was out of town. Sent lots of pictures and ensured Dolly was taken care of the whole time. Will definitely book again and highly recommend!”

About: I absolutely love dogs!!! I have a dog niece and dog nephew who I absolutely adore, and watch whenever I get the chance. I connect super well with every dog I watch, and genuinely care for each puppy. I make sure every pup is happy and taken care of. I am currently a nursing student here in Nashville, so my schedule is pretty open for the most part! My classes are online, so it makes for a flexible schedule! I ensure to follow the owners instructions very carefully, and check in with them as much as possible! I also make sure the pups feeling well, and stay in contact with owners as far as that goes.
“Thank you for all of your help! Your initial check in and information gathering visit was very nice and informative. Loved the detailed notes and pictures for every drop in visit and that our dogs loved you. It was a major help you were also able to help take care of our crested gecko!”

“Great work! Getting photos and knowing the activities done was perfect! He’s a great dog and I’m sure he was super excited to see you! He looked fat and happy when I came home. Thank you agin!”

“I cannot recommend Brittany enough! I have a cat with heart disease that requires a fairly strict medication routine, and I’m very hesitant about leaving him in the care of anyone else. I’m recently moved here from Missouri, and had to travel back this weekend. Brittany took such good care of my cat and it helped me relax and enjoy my time at home. I will definitely be using her again any time that I can in the future.”

“We were very nervous leaving our sweet kitty for the first time and bringing a stranger into the home to watch him, but Kim was absolutely wonderful and made us feel so comfortable. She was always on time and sent hilarious photos promptly after visits. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to watch our fur baby. Thank you, Kim!!”

About: Lived with cats my whole life and can help and adapt to whatever pet needs care. I’ve taken care of mostly cats and some dogs over the years. I work as a gig worker for Convention Production Rigging and I take jobs as they are given. Some of their jobs they give me may be last minute, but I will only take them if it doesn’t conflict with a booking. I have 2 cats at home and they live a very comfy life. We have an automatic litter box that I perform maintenance on when necessary, dry food always available and wet food at night. They have cat trees for climbing and plenty of soft seats and beds for resting.
“Jennifer is amazing! She cared for my cat like it was her own while we were on vacation. She left detailed notes after visits and sent pictures so we knew he was being loved and cared for. She went above and beyond with some of the details. Would highly recommend Jennifer for any of your pet care!!”

“Deborah was awesome! She took great care of our doggies. Which I appreciate very much. She sent pics and kept us informed. We have never left our doggies with a sitter before. I would highly recommend her for anybody looking for somebody that takes good care of their babies. Thanks again Deb. Quit.”

“Jenna was great with Honeybee and I felt like she cared for her like she was her own! I also loved how detailed her notes were after every visit! We will definitely rebook her in the future!”

“Heather was absolutely amazing with our cats! We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter while we were away. She went above and beyond - bringing in our packages, checking on our fish, and even offering to grab our mail. It gave us such peace of mind knowing everything at home was being cared for. Our cat, who usually hides from everyone, actually started coming out more with each visit - clearly, she felt comfortable with Heather! It’s safe to say we’ll definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommend!”

“Carey was great!! Our babies were loved, played with and cared for! We’ve never left our kitties with someone we didn’t know but Carey made it easy and she was very trustworthy! It was nice knowing they were not only getting fed, but loved and played with while we were away! Her communication was great and photos were perfect! We will be using her again anytime we travel!”

About: My husband and I love dogs and grew up with dogs of our own! Now we have a 3 year old lovable olde English bulldogge who likes to play with friends! Jemma is awesome!!!!! So happy I found her on here. She made sure to meet with me and my cat ahead of time, which made both of us super comfortable with her. She was so nice and friendly and took such great care of my cat while she was here, giving great notes and photos of him throughout her visit! She also went above and beyond asking if I’d like for her to bring my garbage pails back to the front of my garage. Very happy with her and her care during the visits and will absolutely use her again!! Thanks Jemma!

Kelly did a wonderful job with my three cats. They are very shy but they were very happy and active when we got home, which is always a sign that a sitter has done an A+ job. She was prompt to respond, was appropriately communicative, and did everything we asked of her. We recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter. Thanks Kelly!

Heather was absolutely amazing with our cats! We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter while we were away. She went above and beyond - bringing in our packages, checking on our fish, and even offering to grab our mail. It gave us such peace of mind knowing everything at home was being cared for. Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Spring Hill. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
