Communication was excellent at each visit and she went above and beyond not just to do what we asked but to actually take the time to love on each of the cats and even play with them with some of their favorite cat toys and give them treats. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely reach out to her again for all our future trips out of town.
