About: My pet care experience began when I was a young child. My parents have always had at least five pets that I helped train and take care of while growing up. After we moved to a farm, they adopted more pets (dogs, cats, chickens, etc.); which allowed me to have more responsibilities and experiences taking care of animals. In college, I adopted my dog and had her for over 13 years. Sadly, she passed from old age and I have not adopted another pet since. I currently have a full-time job, but it does not involve animals. I am on Rover because I enjoy being around animals and taking care of them. My schedule is flexible and would allow me ample time throughout the day to assist others with their pets. My husband and I have very flexible work schedules that allow us to work from home most, if not all, of the week. We love going for walks with the dogs and playing with them in our fenced in backyard. As mentioned above, we have a fenced in backyard. We also have a large crate available if you prefer to have your dog crates for part of its stay. Thanks for taking your time to read about me! Hopefully, you’ll allow me to help you with your pet(s)!

“Teddy spent one night at Luke’s place and had a blast playing with his dog. Luke was very helpful and flexible with pickup and drop-off times! We would definitely leave Ted with Luke and his family again.”

“Pablo loves going there ! He gets so excited when we pull up and he literally plays the whole time he's there ! I feel like he's apart of the family when he goes. He always come back home so tired from all his play. Kim is wonderful ! ”

(Of course, we’re happy to accommodate pets with special needs—just let us know.) We’re rarely away for more than a few hours at a time, and dogs are given regular potty breaks throughout the day, including first thing in the morning and before bedtime, to keep them happy and on a routine.

About: Hello! I am an avid animal lover. I got my first pet when I was 3 years old. It was a kitten named Nicky. He taught me a lot of responsibility and showed me a lot of love. A few years later my my mom added several dogs to the family - miniature Schnauzers, Standard Schnauzer, and a Beagle mix Having these animals in my life has given me great experience and also taught me unconditional love. My previous dog helped me get through the rough days when I lost my mom to cancer. I have learned to care for seniors, animals requiring medication (orally) and how to work with young animals especially puppies. In your employ my top priority will be your pets happiness. Working for you is my only employment and my focus will be on your dog or cat only. They will get my undivided attention and I hope to spoil them like crazy. Since I have dealt with several puppies I can even try to bring some training tips to your dog if needed. Personally, I do still have my pup Julius but he lives with family out in the country loving his best life in open fields He is 12 now, He is my furry angel in he was my little protector. It is so true that not all angels have wings. I would have kept him but I could not afford all of the vet bills when you take care of a pet properly, luckily I have a family member I love so much that was able to provide that. I love spoiling dogs of course with the doggy parental guidelines, this includes specific food regiments and pills. I hope that I will get to meet you and your fur babies soon! I have a very go with the flow attitude except when it comes to animals and people I care about. So they will be number one! In my home I create a safe environment. I'm very aware of other animals around to keep your dogs safety number one priority. Unfortunately in this world people at their dogs off leash and that can be a problem. I have no problem following any regimented food or medication delivered to the animals. Also if I'm in a client's home I would treat it with respect and basically make it look like nothing has changed except your dog has gotten top-notch care. If there's anything specific in the requiring overnight boarding I am more than happy to oblige with that.

About: I have a love for dogs and cats and care about any all animals. I used to have a white chihuahua named Paco who was my baby and would treat your dog/dogs as they were my own. I am available to walk or house visit with your dog anytime during the week. Also available to board your furry friend. My hours during the weekend are much more flexible depending if I am in town. I would love to get the opportunity to help your family out who can’t always be there to take their loved pet outdoors for a bit due to a busy schedule or whatever it may be. You can feel safe knowing I will care for your dog like my own. Thanks for choosing me to help you out and meet your furry loved one. I’m currently a stay at home mom so letting your pet out will be no problem throughout the day and night. I enjoy taking my baby on walks and like to take your baby for walks too (weather permitting) I have one friendly dog of my own that usually just sticks to himself. I have a park down the road from my house that I can take your dogs for a walk out to I currently stay at home with my daughter and son so have a very flexible schedule for any pet needs. My kids and I stay active so love to take walks with your pet or play in the backyard. I am available for walkings all throughout the week and weekend We have a new fenced in yard so great for your animal to burn some energy. Love to go on walks as well. We will make your animal feel as much love as possible while you are away.

About: My heart belongs to these precious babies God has blessed us with! We always have had 4-legged babies in our home when our children were growing up. But ever since my littlest one passed away around 5 years ago, I still have a void in my heart. I feel that void diminishes each time I am around a little 4-legged baby. I believe that giving love and care is Gods plan! I work part time which allows me the availability to be able to care for these babies as I always do with our own. My husband works from home so he would be around to help take care of your dog when I go into work. Our yard is fenced and we have 2 sweet Goldendoodle babies to help be companions. Our home is cozy, clean, safe and filled with love.

Matthew H.Star Sitter
“For his entire life Matthew has shown an appreciation for the many dimensions of creation: he appreciates the diversity of people, the adventures of being a father, the joy of creating music, and the life lessons revealed through observing and caring for animals. Matthew has had personal experience receiving unconditional love from precious family pets. Matthew will appreciate and honor your wishes for the care of your beloved pet.”

Emily H.
“This is a family that loves pets. They have hosted a menagerie of animals over the years and care for them with the utmost love and respect. I have seen them raise mammals, reptiles and birds. Each one with the most thought out housing and food choices. She has raised he kids to have a great love for animals and it shows. I have a rescue cat that I have had for a couple years now. She has been raised by two old people and does not take to people easily. I would 100% trust Emily to watch her. She has great patience when it comes to her pets and anyone else's.”

Ashley H.
“We can’t say enough wonderful things about the family who cared for our beloved labradoodle, Prince, while we were away. Whether it was for a long weekend or a full week, they consistently went above and beyond to make sure Prince was not only well cared for, but truly loved like one of their own. From the very first visit, we felt completely at ease knowing Prince was in a safe, happy, and nurturing home environment. They gave him plenty of attention, playtime, and affection—and it was clear he adored being with them. It was such a comfort to travel knowing he wasn’t just being “watched,” but truly cared for by people who understood and loved dogs. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, loving, in-home pet boarding. They gave Prince a second home, and for that, we’re incredibly grateful! Prince loved being with them so much he almost didn't want to come home😊”

Jessica M.
“Jessica often cared for my Dalmatian and Cocker Spaniel. She took them for walks, gave them baths and brushed them when necessary. She made sure they had fresh water and limited treats per my request. If it was morning or evening, she made sure to feed them according to my instructions. She is very caring and loving towards dogs in general and my dogs were always happy to see her.”
