About: I have taken care of animals my entire life and have had many different pets from childhood into adulthood. I have been a trusted house and pet sitter for over 10 years. I live an active lifestyle and love to take runs/walks (your dogs can join me)! I work part-time from home, with a very flexible schedule, so I can make just about any time work for the care of your fur baby! I will be able to let your pet out as much as needed and will be sure to make them a priority! I live on Fort Carson with a fenced yard (with grass!!!!) and pet friendly home. The area is very walkable! I will ensure that your pet is in a safe environment. I like to stick to the animal's routine as much as possible, hang out with them, and make sure they get as much exercise as they need. I have one dog - a labradoodle who is fixed and very friendly - he would love to play with your dogs too!

“Very convenient location to have our doodle minded while we toured nearby Manitou, Pikes Peak and the COG railway. Rachel and Meg tag teamed to give our Ted a mix of indoors and outdoor activities. We would use them again but we 1500 miles away.”

“He was the best at taking care of Goku and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a dog sitter ! He showed great communication and made Goku feel comfortable.”

“Tyler is wonderful! Made me feel so comfortable leaving my dog with him. Very knowledgeable about dogs too. He’s the only one that I will use to watch my pup.”
“Strongly recommend, had some car issues on the way back into town and Erica was extremely understanding for me being late. Obi came home super exhausted and in a great mood. Fantastic experience.”

“My chihuahua mix doggies, Roscoe and Mia love Donna and she loves on them. They come home happy and content and I know they have had a great time with Donna, her dog, Opal and her husband, Dave because they come home and sleep. Also there are always lots of terrific pictures. We are thankful for Rover and Donna!”

“Janae has been incredible and a huge help to our family. My 5yr old husky loves spending her days with Janae and her family. We're so appreciative of all of thier hard work and flexibility when it comes to schedule changes etc. Couldn't recommend her more !!”

“I can't say enough nice things about Hanui. Not only did she take excellent care of my dog, but she offered additional help when I was in a bind. She and her husband are outstanding people. I am grateful to them.”

“Heather took such good care of my baby! Her dog Gauge was the perfect playmate for him too. My dog can be anxious but she made him feel very comfortable. She took him on walks, played fetch, and sent lots of pictures so I didn’t have to worry at all! I’d highly recommend her to anyone.”

“Casandra was great! I have a bloodhound that needs lots of love, attention, and exercise & she got plenty of all three with Casandra!! Will continue to use!”

About: Hi there! I’m Charlotte, and I’ve spent the last 11 years turning my love for animals into a full-blown passion. I started as a dog trainer at Petco over a decade ago, which means I speak "Dog" fluently—from bouncy puppies to those quirky breeds with big personalities. If you’re currently working on training, I’m your girl! I’d love to keep those good habits going while you’re away. I live in a cozy two-bedroom home with my partner, John, and our two boys, Odis and Pete. We have a big, fenced-in backyard that is basically a private dog park! Your pup will have a built-in playmate in Odis, who is a total social butterfly. (Our other guy, Pete, is a rescue-in-progress who prefers his own space, so he stays in a separate wing of the house to keep the environment stress-free for everyone!) I don’t just stop at dogs—I’m a fan of all creatures! Whether you have a tiny hamster, a talkative conure, or a cool reptile, they’ll get first-class love and care with me. I treat every guest like a member of our family. I can’t wait to meet you and your fur (or scale!) babies soon! Since I only work part-time (about 10–20 hours a week), my schedule is mostly wide open for what I do best: showering your fur babies with love! Whether it’s mid-day belly rubs or afternoon sun-nap sessions, I’m around to keep them company. Even if I have to pop out for a quick errand, I make it a rule to never be away for more than two hours—because I honestly miss them too much to stay away longer! Treating your pets like family isn't just a saying for me—it’s my standard! I’ll care for your fur babies with the exact same love and vigilance I give my two boys, Odis and Pete. Whether I’m in your home or mine, safety comes first. I’m a stickler for double-checking locks, following your specific feeding/medication routines to a T, and keeping a watchful eye during outdoor time. I know how tough it is to leave your heart in a stranger's hands, so expect plenty of 'puparazzi' photos and video updates! You’ll never have to wonder how they’re doing—you’ll see their happy faces right on your phone.

About: Hello! I’m Becky, a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA), AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Evaluator, and American Red Cross Pet First Aid certified. I specialize in structured, behavior-focused care for dogs, cats, and select exotic animals. With a professional training background, I don’t just “watch” pets—I reinforce calm behavior, routines, and good habits while you’re away. This is especially beneficial for puppies, high-energy dogs, and those needing consistency or extra support. My approach is rooted in science-based, positive reinforcement. I use clear communication and consistency—never harsh corrections or coercive methods. You can feel confident knowing your pet is in experienced, capable hands. I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule for Private Clients for walks, drop-in visits, and overnight stays. Am available in mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Animals are my life and passion! I use and teach positive reinforcement and game-based animal training methods. I use rewards to encourage the behaviors on walks and visits. By using treats, praise, affection, etc., I am building trust between myself and your loving pet.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Southwest Colorado Springs
Maria has been wonderful with our dog, Kita. Kita stayed with her regularly from approximately 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM, and even though she's a nervous girl, it was clear from the start that she quickly became comfortable and happy there. Maria was incredibly flexible with scheduling and even allowed Kita to stay until 5:45 PM on one occasion, which we really appreciated. The best thing is that Kita absolutely loves going to Maria's house. She gets excited when we arrive and always comes home tired and well cared for. It's such a relief knowing our dog is in good hands during the day. We highly recommend Maria to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and accommodating dog sitter!
