By the end of the time of our reserved Drop-In visits they were sitting in the same area without our animals dashing off and they would meet her at the door eager for their time together. She was also open to learning and caring for our chickens. She did well to judge when it would be best to keep them in the coop, out of the cold and when to let them out for the day. If she had any questions, she did very well to ask, clarify instructions and follow through with them. Bre was also able to do some extra property care, opening and closing of gates, getting mail, and bringing in packages as needed. She felt confident suggesting procedures that we hadn't considered to better conduct her services and delivered them constructively. We are very pleased with Bre and hope to use her services in the future. We are also impressed with the Rover app, and how they protect their customers and their service providers.”

About: I have had pets in my home all of my life. They truly are like family! I have an Experience with dogs from 3 pounds up to over 100pounds. (Love them all!) I also have experience with cats. I have a working line German shepherd and an Agouti Husky of my own so I know how important details and a routine can be! I ALWAYS feed the dogs separately to avoid any conflicts (mine are not food aggressive but I like to be careful.) I prefer if you bring a kennel for when me or my husband are not home dogs are free to roam the house, furniture, and yard while we are home. I only kennel when one of us can’t be home to supervise. (My husky is kenneled as well, my shepherd free roams the house) I treat all dogs as my own so they get the same amount of love, attention, cuddles, and respect I give my own. I stay home with my baby right now so I am always available to give the animals love and attention. I take LOTS of pictures! I always make sure dogs stay on a leash.I give lots of love and attention. I am active so I can walk or run with the pets. I never leave dogs unattended together.

About: I grew up with a house full of animals, horses, birds, cats, dogs, fish, hamsters, etc. I love animals and would be thrilled to watch over yours! Growing up my mom also fostered all sorts of dogs, so I have experience with all shapes, sizes and temperaments. I work from home making my schedule pretty flexible to assist in your doggie caring needs. My pup Baldwin recently passed at almost 15yo and he was a cuddler extrodinaire - so if your pup has just been home alone and just needs some cuddles, my experience is not lacking. I only watch 1 dog at a time unless it’s 2 from the same household. I work from home so I am around all day M-F! During the hotter months I will walk the dogs early morning or late afternoon. I live near downtown Colorado Springs, I have a fenced yard, but the front fence is only about 3-4ft high. My home is only about 800sq feet but is very open.

About: We nicknamed our home The Dachs Inn - a weenie wonderland! We’ve cared for Dachshunds for 15 years and specialize in meeting the unique needs of this breed, including dog ramps on our furniture and deck. Our home features a dog door with all-day access to a giant backyard for potty breaks, play time, sunbathing and squirrels!!! Plush dog beds are placed through the home and a giant sectional provides the perfect spot for cuddle time. Daily walks are provided, we even have a dog stroller for senior dogs or those dachshunds suffering from IVDD. I work remotely from home full time and, along with my retired husband, provide hourly drop-in care, play dates, overnight and extended boarding in our home. Additionally, I provide home visits and walking services to families located on the west side of Colorado Springs. Other locations throughout Colorado are considered on case-by-case request for extended care in your home (5 or more days). I have three dachshunds, ages 15, 10, and under 1 year. My dog-friendly home has a fenced back yard, we feed all visiting dogs separately, and can provide daily pictures of your baby’s activities. I can also provide regular weigh-ins, medications, and teeth brushing. I am very active and love going on long walks/hikes (up to three miles) upon request. While I prefer to host only smaller dogs in our home, I am open to all breeds for care at your home - including drop-ins, walks, and house sitting. I kindly ask that all dogs are current on all vaccinations, including kennel cough. For medical emergencies, we are established at Westside Animal Hospital, The Animal Clinic of Woodland Park, and the Emergency Pet Center.

About: I enjoy dogs more than people. When I used to live on Guam, there was a period i was watching 4 dogs, 2 of which were mine. One happened to be a pit bull, and another happened to be rottweiler. The other 2 were medium sized. Now, that I am no longer in Guam I have 3 dogs that me and my wife take care of. I have my 2 from Guam. I havent been around all types of dogs, but I really enjoy them all. I find their different personalities and their energy levels interesting. I enjoy walking my dogs, so I think it would be fun to walk other peoples dogs. When I’m not working and time permits, i like taking my pups hiking in the mountains with me. About: A Labrador was my first baby - then followed the humans and more Labradors...and a few guinea pigs. Classroom teacher by trade and full-time animal lover. Overnights are available and my schedule is very free during the summer. Clients dictate their needs and what is asked for is followed. Peace of mind is what I want for the humans. This varies by pet but I am an active hiker and familiar with area dog parks. I also couldn't imagine having someone I didn't trust in my home. Following the owner instructions and keeping pets safe and happy is my job.

(The perfect combination that, although clean and organized, house rules allowed the dog on her furniture and bed. That was sweet.) “I can't praise Ashlie and Shiloh enough. We got updates and pictures of our Rottweiler Athena every day. They took care of her and made sure she got plenty of exercise and belly rubs. Being a bigger dog most people are scared and don't know how to handle her but all they say was a silly dog who loves to play and gives kisses. We will definitely be reaching out again when we need someone to watch our rottie.”
“Courtney went above and beyond taking care of our dog. She even clipped his nails, expressed his glands, and gave him a full bath before pickup, which we really appreciated. Our pup can be pretty picky, high-maintenance, and honestly a bit spoiled, but she took such great care of him. He usually doesn’t do well with other dogs, but Courtney clearly understands dog behavior and body language. She carefully managed his interactions and helped him slowly become more comfortable around the other dogs—he even ended up playing with them! She also kept us updated with photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. We’re so glad we found her, and it really looked like he had so much fun during his stay. We highly recommend Courtney and would absolutely ask her to watch him again the next time we go out of town!”
