Our dogs have a big age gap and Charlotte took care of their needs and their quirks with ease. Very responsive with messages and frequent photo/text updates. It was my first time leaving my 6 month old puppy alone with someone else and she put me at ease. Great human overall. Definitely recommend and would love to be a returning customer.
We travel full time and needed a boarder for a couple of nights in order to visit some friends with cats, and Maria was able to take our dog on very short notice and with very little background information. Of course we were available for questions, but - importantly - she communicated with us proactively, sent lots of pictures and video, and made us feel entirely certain that our dog was in capable and caring hands. Dina was awesome with our pups. She took them on walks every day (which they looooove), sent us pictures and videos daily, and kept us informed. We felt very comfortable leaving our dogs with her. They came back home happy. Would definitely use her services again and highly recommend.
