We recently had a repeat stay with Mike and Lauri for our two dogs, both of whom have unique medical conditions, and as always the level of care they receive is outstanding! Mike is incredibly attentive to the specific needs of our boys. One dog has diabetes and requires insulin shots at specific times, and the other has another condition, needing medication every 12 hours. From our first stay, Mike was thorough in understanding these needs and ensuring they were prepared for every aspect of their care. Mike always keeps us updated with texts and photos which is incredibly reassuring. Their home is always clean, safe, and welcoming for our pets. All the care instructions are meticulously followed from the timing of medications to the type of food and treats they can safely have. It's evident that Mike doesn't see pet sitting as a job but truly loves what he is doing while providing a priceless service for pets and pet parents like ourselves who otherwise wouldn't be able to have time away due to the level of care required for pets with complex medical needs. I highly recommend Mike to anyone, especially those with pets that have medical conditions. They were having a great time until mid-visit, when Hannah started showing signs she wasn’t feeling well. After a few phone calls to me, we decided Hannah should go to the ER Vet and Carla jumped into action! Hannah needed to be hospitalized overnight and had specific discharge instructions the next day.
