Nathan was fantastic! He was so enthusiastic, kind, and helpful. He was quick to a respond and very open to communicate with. He sent daily updates and made our dogs feel SO LOVED and at home. I've been keeping Sheldon with Kara on all of our trips. Never have to worry about Sheldon. He has a great time with Kara and Ozzy. She also took of Sheldon after he had diarrhea on his recent visit and picked up meds for him from his vet. Cannot thank her enough for taking such good care of Sheldon and making sure he was comfortable when he got sick. Will definitely be keeping him with Kara on future trips as well.
We had a great experience with Ryan. We reached out just 2 days before we needed him, and he was able to accommodate our last-minute request for a 2-night stay. He sent multiple pics of our dog Teddy over the 3 days to show that he was doing well and having fun. We'll definitely use Ryan again!
Mike is great! I wish I found him earlier instead of trying different sitters to no avail. My dog is ill, and Mike provided great care for him, spoiling him rotten and sending me tons of pictures and updates. I asked for additional accommodations schedule-wise, and he did his best. We’re very grateful to Mike and will book his resort again if he accepts us!
