The entire time, Michael was very accommodating towards our needs and concerns. We were initially very nervous because this was our first time using Rover and boarding not at a local kennel. Just during the first day, we received updates on how Alakay was doing and Michael stayed in contact with us the entire time with pictures and updates on his day. We were able to enjoy our vacation worry free and know that Alakay was in good hands. We came back to a very happy Alakay and you could tell he enjoyed his stay significantly more than previous kennels we have booked. We will 100% book with Michael again!”

“Lorraine is a very caring and dedicated dog lover. Lorraine works hard at making our dog’s stay with her as identical to his normal home life (feeding times , bedtime rituals etc.). Our guy is a senior dog who is also handicapped . Lorraine was great about seeing how well He got around and not feeling sorry about his falls from 4 legs to 2 legs. Lorraine house is great outdoor spaces that the dogs can be outside and safe at the same time. We would highly recommend Lorraine’s asa great place for your dog’s vacation”
