They updated us with lots of pictures. We know Lily was in good hands at all times. Being our first time, we were concerned about our dog running off, but those concerns left the moment we walked in the house and saw that they put baby gates in the hallways blocking the dog access to the front door. When we picked up Lily, we knew she enjoyed her stay. We will definitely use Rover again and Estelle and David again as well.”
