“We had a really positive experience with Raquel! She was very responsive and easy going and we felt like Cooper was in good hands. We definitely will be calling her in the future! Thanks!”

About: Hey there! I’m a 30-something hybrid worker with a big love for animals. I’m available for both short-term and long-term sits, working from an office in Lone Tree on Mon/Wed/Thurs and remotely on Tues/Fri. That flexibility allows me to give extra time and attention to pets who feel most comfortable staying in their own homes while their parents are away. I’m new to this platform, but not new to the work! I’ve been caring for pets and homes for over 25 years. I’m happy to share references and reviews from families I’ve worked with before, and a few of them have been kind enough to leave testimonials here. If you’re looking for common sense, patience, responsibility, attention to detail, and a reliable companion for your pet family, I’d love to connect and care for your four-legged loved ones. I care for pets as if they were my own, following your routines for feeding, walks, playtime, and bedtime so they stay comfortable and happy while you’re away. I’m also experienced in reinforcing training, supporting pets with physical limitations, and administering medications with care and accuracy. My goal is to make sure your pet feels secure and loved, while you enjoy complete peace of mind. Every pet is unique, and I take the time to understand their personality, needs, and preferences. I’ll ask questions, listen closely, and adapt to whatever makes them feel at ease; whether that means high-energy adventures, calm strolls, or just plenty of cuddles and company. You know your pet best, and I’ll work with you to provide care that feels seamless and familiar. Safety is always my top priority, and I’ll never put your pet in a situation I don’t feel confident about. A few notes about my schedule: - I work on a hybrid schedule and work from the office in Lone Tree Mon/Wed/Thurs 8-5 and work remotely (from your home) on Tues/Fri - I play volleyball on Monday evenings; game times vary, but I am usually only gone 2 hours (depending on traffic!) - I play slowpitch softball on Wednesday and Friday evenings; game times vary, but I am usually only gone 2 hours (depending on traffic!) I know some pets need someone there nearly full time and want to be transparent about what I'll be up to while I'm booked for you! - I work on a hybrid schedule and work from the office in Lone Tree Mon/Wed/Thurs 8-5 and work remotely (from your home) on Tues/Fri - I play volleyball on Monday evenings; game times vary, but I am usually only gone 2 hours (depending on traffic!) - I play slowpitch softball on Wednesday and Friday evenings; game times vary, but I am usually only gone 2 hours (depending on traffic!) I know some pets need someone there nearly full time and want to be transparent about what I'll be up to while I'm booked for you! I'm comfortable with all pets (those with fur, feathers, and quills, so far!) and know that each has their own personality and care needs. If it was clean when you left, it'll be clean when you return! I won't break anything you don't want broken and I won't meddle to fix anything you didn't ask to be fixed.

About: I have 8+ years of experience in a variety of animal work: shelter volunteer work, employment at a dog and cat daycare, dog-sitting, overnight house sitting, cat-sitting, and dog-walking. With this experience, I’m no stranger to any special request for your pet! I’ve had plenty of exposure to dogs and cats and a variety of breeds, sizes, ages, temperaments, personalities, and physical and mental accommodations. So no worries! No request is too big or too small. I strive to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible as well as keeping you informed and up to date! I have a side baking business and I decorate and deliver on weekends depending on orders, but I can easily work around that schedule if needed. I have a wooden fence around the patio in my townhome and I live in a nice complex with trustworthy neighbors. I also live less than half a mile from a couple local parks, so I could walk your dog to and from there! My roommate has a sociable, spayed husky who is only there on weekends. If you’re uncomfortable with another dog at my home, I can make sure they’re separated with a dog gate if preferred. Our house has 2 stories so each would have plenty of room to themselves. I also try to accommodate my client’s financial expectations. We can discuss rates if needed and I am more than happy to adjust accordingly and reasonably for your comfort. Please keep in mind that I only make 80% of my posted rates, so I try to keep any doggy day care requests that are longer than 8 hours around my current rate of $88 (aka $70.40 after fees) because it’s already only $8.80 per hour. Disclaimer: Doors and closets will be closed off, but any property damage such as dog beds, gates, crates, or personal items will have to be reimbursed by the pet parents. Thank you for your understanding!

“Graham and Brenda helped me out on a last minute need and were wonderful! I can't thank them enough for giving my pup a much needed walk while I was working extra hours.”

“Super communicative, followed all my requests, took tons of pictures on the walk, and made sure my doggo had lots of fresh water. She also made sure Harper had a nice long and interactive walk!”

“Hillary did a great job walking my chocolate lab Bruce for a week. She was on-time and always sent updates on a regular basis. She was flexible with evening scheduling which worked well for my odd hours of work. My dog really seemed to like her and never had any issues on walks. I would highly recommend Hillary for anyone looking for a dog walker in the Denver/Aurora area and I am definitely going to become a repeat client should I need dog walking/sitting/boarding services in the future.”

“Kelly is wonderful! I can’t recommend Kelly enough! From day one, she has shown incredible love and care for my dog Marcel. Every walk is filled with joy, and it’s clear that she truly enjoys spending time with my pup. Communication is excellent, with regular updates and adorable photos that always brighten my day. It’s such a relief knowing my furry friend is in such caring hands. Thank you, Kelly, for being amazing! Highly recommend! 🐾❤️”

“Brandi took such great care of our old pup Rocky! I was able to drop him off early for daycare and pick him up late that night. I could tell that Rocky had a great day. Since the daycare day, Brandi has walked Rocky several times now and I don't plan on using anyone else! My husband and I both love the updates from Rocky's walk and the pictures she sends as well. ”

“Val did an amazing job with my German shepherd. She is terrible on the leash and Val managed to get her calm to be able to walk her. Val would go out of the way and spend extra time with my dog when she was anxious being home alone. I would definitely book with Val again.”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my calm, attentive approach and genuine love for animals of all ages and needs. I have experience caring for both energetic puppies and senior pets who need extra patience and support. I’m dependable, detail-oriented, and quick to notice changes in behavior or health. Whether it’s giving medication, sticking to a training routine, or just providing companionship, I treat every pet like family. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine since I work from home and have a flexible, relaxed schedule. I’m able to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day, whether that means regular walks, playtime, or just keeping them company. My setup allows me to be fully present and responsive to their needs. I provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment where pets can feel relaxed and at ease. I follow each pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special care like medications or crate training. I have a friendly, fully vaccinated dog who loves the company of other pets, but if your pet prefers space, I can easily keep them separated to ensure they feel secure and comfortable. Pets are never left alone for long and receive plenty of attention and care throughout the day.

“I feel lucky to have such a great house sitter nearby who can (hopefully!) come back and stay with Hocus again. Jo asked questions I never thought to ask/answer that showed her dedication to Hocus and my house. She stayed with Hocus for an extended stay while I was in a very different time zone, and she was very self-sufficient. She ventured with Hocus in the car (not that far away) to visit her family during the holidays which shows her dedication to making sure animals feel loved when their humans are away. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking for a future dog and house sitting. I am sure she would be equally diligent whatever the animal. Wishing her luck in the future and many more happy sittings!”
