She sent photos or videos every day to let us see how they were doing and they seemed relaxed and playful with her. We enjoyed our time away and weren't concerned about our home or pets because we knew they were in good hands. We feel that Karen is conscientious and trustworthy, and she is a true animal lover. We were lucky to find such a great pet sitter, and will definitely ask her to stay with our pets in the future. :)”
