“Sarah is an absolute gem! She takes such wonderful care of our furry critters (3 cats). They adore her and run to greet her when she arrives. Sarah is extremely reliable, she’s an outstanding communicator, and she takes the best pet pictures ever!”

“Leslie took great care of my Layla when I was gone for a full week. All the anxiety I had about leaving her behind was gone after seeing pictures and videos of her doing well. I feel so much better knowing that I have someone dependable to watch her if I have to leave town again.”

“Amazing job, she was able to check on my cat last minute and cared for him like I would want anyone to do. Will definitely reach out to her when I need to go out of town again!”

“Piper spent the weekend with our two furry boys and they seemed very happy. She was very responsive and made us feel comfortable with their care. It was a very hot weekend and she went the extra mile to water our plants. I would highly recommend Piper.”

“It’s such a relief to have a warm and caring person look after your pets. Had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend and use Meghan again. Loved the photos and all the communication. Thank for taking care of my fur babies!”

“We’ve used Piper several times now, and she’s absolutely wonderful! She’s kind, reliable, and really pays attention to our dogs and their needs. We just adore her and couldn’t ask for a better sitter!”

“Thank goodness for Anthony's ability to go with the flow. My booking had to be canceled and then rebooked and then modified due to family issues I was having and he took it all in stride. My baby is a big chicken and he never actually got to see her, but she ate and he took care of her and my house. I would definitely use him again.”

About: ***Attention*** To all of my pet owners *** Duty has called for my service to deploy and I will be unavailable for Rover services starting March 20th. I will miss my regulars and should return sometime in October. I hope to see you all in the future. Blessings to all I’ve taken care of pets since the age of 8 and have experience in a variety of ages from 2 months old to senior dogs. I’ve fostered dogs for a few years in various conditions. I have tons of toys and a large bark park for your pup to do zoomies until its heart desires. I can take female dogs in heat and dogs not crate trained on a case by case bases. I work Monday-Friday and typically away no more than 8 hrs. I usually arrange my schedule so I’m gone for a shorter amount of time when I watch other dogs until I know they are comfortable. Typically house trained pets will be allowed to roam freely throughout the house as my dog does while gone. In the early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, pets will be given walks/bathroom breaks and play time. I have a bark park, great neighborhood with sidewalks and very low traffic, and large park nearby to bring your pup to for playtime. If house trained, pet will be able to roam freely while I’m away and at night while they sleep. If not we can crate your pet or I can setup my office to lounge while I’m gone. The area is puppy proof for safety and I have a camera with speaker for monitoring.
“Kim was the perfect choice because of how attentive, thoughtful, genuine and sweet she is! Beyond pleased and thankful for the exceptional care she gave our elderly chihuahua. Will definitely be booking her again in the future!”

“Katherine is amazing! My fur babies loved her. She sent me pictures and videos of them. My cats didn't have a hard time with the transition. I will always look for her any time I need a sitter for Bella and Koda! She's easy to work with and flexible as well.”

About: I’ve shared my life with both cats and dogs for as long as I can remember, but my real journey in animal care began in 2019 when I started volunteering at a local animal shelter. There, I made it my mission to ensure every animal received thoughtful, compassionate care — from feeding and grooming to walks, enrichment, and gentle socialization. Since 2023, I’ve been pet‑sitting for a variety of pets. My care includes feeding, administering medications, and providing both physical exercise and mental stimulation tailored to each pet’s needs. I’m certified in Pet CPR and Pet First Aid through PetTech, giving you added peace of mind that your pets are in safe, capable hands. I am currently volunteering at Metro Animal Services every Wednesday from noon - 3pm, hoping to get more experience within the animal care industry. In the meantime, I should be able to provide walks, daily visits and even overnight stays so long as the location is within the Pierce area. Let me know if this schedule fits best for you and we can schedule a "meet and greet". While I can only allow services within your home due to having dog reactive huskies I will ensure that just like your pets, your house is properly cared for by keeping up with necessary chores and providing clean spaces upon return.
“Maria was phenomenal and provided such great feedback with my not-so-perfect little angel! And she was incredibly quick to respond with such short notice! I'm so thankful and we're so happy to have found Maria!”

“Yevheniia was amazing with my cat! She kept me updated, was very kind and attentive, and clearly cares a lot about animals. Everything went smoothly, and I had peace of mind the whole time. I highly recommend her and would gladly book again.”
About: I have had pets my entire life. Growing up we had 5 dogs and 4 cats. I had 2 dogs through college on my own. My late dog had severe medical conditions, I am well versed in giving medications and trained in administrating saline fluids for dogs. Our animals are our family. I will provide the best care and love to your fur baby while watching them. I currently work full time Monday through Friday 6 am to 2:30 pm. I am available anytime after 2:30 pm and fully available on weekends. I would care for your pet in your home. I believe keeping pets in their own homes keeps them the most comfortable while you are away.
South Hill cat parents share their Rover experiences
Mikayla really went above and beyond for us! She was able to commit on fairly short notice, which we really appreciated. It was such a relief to know our kitty was fed, watered, and cared for while we were away. Mikayla also kept an eye out for packages, and even brought our garbage bin back from the street after pick up, which was a relief because our HOA is super picky about this. We would absolutely book with her again, and recommend her!

Leslie took great care of my Layla when I was gone for a full week. All the anxiety I had about leaving her behind was gone after seeing pictures and videos of her doing well. I feel so much better knowing that I have someone dependable to watch her if I have to leave town again.

Tabatha was our first go to again for taking care of our cats. She went the extra mile and was able to take care of them for three plus weeks through Christmas and New Years. We couldn't ask for better care and we were able to travel with a sound mind knowing Tabatha was taking care of our family. Highly recommended.

Raven took excellent care of our babies (cat, bird and fish) while we were gone for a week. She even created a little routine for my kitty that involved snuggle time while watching nature shows. I had zero anxiety knowing she was there and my pets were loved in our absence. And that is priceless. Thank you Raven!
