Boarding: It is a requirement that your dog(s) be updated all vaccines, spayed or neutered, taking FLEAS/ticks medication. This is an important etiquette to help prevent the spread of fleas and ticks to and from other dogs, so we appreciate your cooperation and understanding. We have full fenced back yard and there is a gate at the front patio for escape prevention. I can create a designated area( small/medium space or divide living room into 2 rooms). I usually create it for safety purpose to feed individually, introduce dog(s) or for territorial dog(s). I have a Large crate kennel size, L36/W22/H24. You don't need to bring if your crate is similar size but please bring a blanket, liner or bed. Bring your dog(s) belongings,,,,, *Food and treats *Dish for L size dogs! *bed or blanket *bath towels *toys *Leash and harness If apply below,,, *diapers, wee pads, belly bands *medications *specific crate, kennel

Information Mariko N. would like to know about your pet

Your dog(s) must be spayed/neutered, updated all vaccines(prior 2 weeks before) and taking flea/ticks collar, med or oil. It would be difficult for any dog(s) to accept a new environment without their owner(s). Your dog(s) may do unusual things that they never do at your house like marking in a house, mounting fight, destroy things. Especially male dogs, if your dog(s) causes marking issue in the house, I must seek a solution(buy diapers or bellybands) and cooperation from the owner(s). Please don't take as an insult or complaining. I am here for your dog(s) to work things out. We have a doggy door. If your dog(s) are trained and need to go potty frequently, no worry.

A typical day

Morning: 1:Potty break at the backyard around 6:30am-7am. 2:Breakfast & potty break again 3:Walk or dog park if the weather allow 4: Summer July&August&September: wading pool(foot soak) at the back yard Evening/night 1:Dinner 2:Potty break 3:night walk only summer. 4:Potty break before bed around 9pm-10pm.

Pet care experience

Vacation : Not available from 9/18th to 9/27th. Meet up is required to all the clients, even house in visit. New clients: requires from 2 nights. Trial boarding 12hs for $30, if needed. Day pawcare: $30 for 12hs. Open 6AM - 8PM. Deal offer: #Long stay over 18 nights boarding fee is $35/night. #All year flat $45/night/per dog. IF you have large size dog(s), I would accept low-moderate energy up to 70lb. I take multi dogs at once so I do consider the size and energy level in ratio. Hello to the future client. You worry about leaving your dog(s) with someone that you don't know very well, right? I've been your position while I was in abroad for 2 months. But you just found a family that your dog(s) would have a good time. Here we are the Nicoletti family. You may have seen us at Habitat dog park or on Nathan Chapman Memorial Trail. As you see in these pictures, also my husband and child are super involved into my business and always excited to interact. I have experienced with injecting insulin, oral meds, ointment and eye drops. I have owned a HotDog, so have better understanding for the team short legs like corgis too. I grew up with having a Shiba, Japanese Spitz, Golden, Lab, Akita mix, Dalmatian at my parents house. I have 12 years old female Piebald Tweenie/dachshund. She is a typical doxie AKA Miss.Barker for nothing( if you owned one, you know what I'm talking about right?). But she prefers chilling than zoom at the backyard, so she will give your dog(s) enough space to warm up. I am communicative person and send the videos > pictures of your dog(s) often. Believe or not, your dog(s) may act and do things unexpectedly when they're in unfamiliar environments and around unfamiliar people such as marking in the house, mounting and showing aggression against other dogs, chewing up the fence, or quickly dig under fences. I will monitor and update your dog(s) behavior or health condition(stool condition, appetite and energy level). Let's figure out what we can do better for your dog(s). I will expect a cooperation/understanding from you. I am here for working things out with your dog(s). Bring the belongings(included anxiety medications, calming chew/oil) that help your dog(s) relax able. I offer diffuser(a few drops of organic Lavender and Chamomile) to be calm. It seems like worked well during July 4th.

We had a family emergency that we urgently needed a care for my dog. Mariko took her at the last minutes request. We have a senior dog and she needs an extra care. Mariko accommodated our complicated needs to care for her. Kudos to her, my dog was able to make herself at home with Mariko so we didn't have to worry about her during the trip. We are so grateful. I recommend her 100%

Marika was pleasant and accommodating for a last minute call to watch and care for my Queenie! Queenie loved the interconnection and love given by both, humans and the other "fur babies" present! Queenie will be back for more love and care. Awesome! Thank you, Marika 🐕❤️

Mariko sent frequent pictures of my dog and messages that let me know he was enjoying the family and getting lots of love. That was reassuring. My dog has allergies and she was attentive to the care he needed.
