“Mackenzie was excellent about communication and sending pictures, she worked with my not super friendly cat and wasn’t afraid to still interact with her, and didn’t hesitate to let me know if my cat wasn’t being kind so she had to leave early. I told her she was welcome to fit my cat into her day at anytime of the days, but she still was very consistent with her visit timing. I definitely felt comfortable with my cat in her care while we were on the other side of the country.”
