About: Hi I'm Alexis and I’ve been a pet sitter for friends and family off and on for the last six years. That means I’ve spent over half a decade figuring out exactly who really runs the house (spoiler: it’s usually the cat). I am currently home from college and my schedule is wide open till mid-July. I am available Monday through Sunday for full-time care, walks, and check-ins. Because I am not juggling classes right now, your pets are my main priority. Please note: I will be heading back to Arizona for the upcoming semester between August 13th-22nd, so I am looking for bookings that take place before that move. Until then, I have total flexibility to stick to your specific routine and provide plenty of companionship for your "babies." I provide care exclusively in the client's home, as I do not offer boarding in my own home at this time. This allows your pets to stay in their own comfortable, familiar environment while you are away. When I am in your home, I treat it with the same respect I give my own. I prioritize a "safety-first" environment by doing a quick sweep for anything your pet shouldn't get into and making sure all doors and gates are secure. I am very diligent about leashes and harnesses during walks to prevent any accidents. I believe trust is built through communication. You can expect regular photo updates so you know your pets are safe, happy, and following their normal rhythm. Whether it is keeping a cat's litter area pristine or ensuring a dog gets their exact training commands, I am dedicated to maintaining your home exactly how you like it. About: I've taken care of many of my friends pets, dogs and cats when they are away. I absolutely love doing it! Pets are part of the family! I am currently working part time doing instacart so I am on the road and can stop whenever I need to let them out or take them on a walk. I am also starting school this summer so I will be available after classes as well. I usually stay over at my friend's house whenever they are gone to watch their fur babies.
