Animal Lover – Drop-Ins & Walks
Hi! I’m Simone, and animals have been my entire life’s work. 🐾 I offer drop-in visits for dogs and cats of all breeds and ages, as well as dog walking, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. While I don’t do overnight stays or boarding, I’m here to make sure your pets are safe, happy, and cared for right in their own home. I’ve worked with nearly every kind of animal. I previously worked in the ER and ICU as a vet assistant at an emergency hospital, and I’m currently completing my dog and cat CPR certification. I’m also fully comfortable giving medications or following any special care routines. On top of that, I have a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue located in Brazil that cares for over 200 animals, including dog and cats. Rescue work is my passion, but like many nonprofits, donations have been especially low this year. So I’ve joined Rover to help make some extra funds while continuing to do the work I love. I’m new to Rover, but not to animal care, and I’m hopeful this will be a great way to connect with pet parents in my area. If you’re looking for someone experienced, trustworthy, and fully dedicated to animal well-being, I’d love to help. Whether it’s a walk, a drop-in for meals or meds, or just some playtime and affection while you’re away, I’m here for your pets.

This is the second time I booked Simone. I just would like to add that not only she is great with my kitties but she also helped revived one of my sad eggplants. 🙏 i have a couple plants in my garden, and she and her daughters happily watered them during her check ins. I appreciate you Simone and your girls! Hope to work with you again in the future.
Simone was fantastic! We were notified once she arrived and our Goombah got plenty of exercise playing with her. We will definitely be using Simone for all our future dog sitting needs.

Even though Simone comes everyday, she always takes A LOT of photos which I greatly appreciate because I get to enjoy knowing my pup’s in good hands and he looks happy on his daily adventures. It’s so fun looking at his daily album of adventures while I’m away. I know Simone treats my pup just like her own and always shares his wins, I can’t highly recommend her enough!

Schedule
I work from home operating my animal rescue, so I am available any time to check in and play with your pup or kitty at any time. I’m flexible with weekdays and weekends… as early or as late as you need. Just let me know what works best for you and your pet, and I’ll be there!

I know firsthand how hard it can be to find someone reliable to look after a beloved pet while you’re away. My goal is to make this easy for you and stress-free for your animals. Every animal is different, and I’m happy to follow any special routines, administer medications, and give you plenty of photo updates while you’re away. Just let me know what your animals need, and I’ll be there!
Pets
A typical day
When I’m with your pets, I treat them like they’re my own. For dogs, we’ll go exploring at their own pace, whether that’s a walk around the neighborhood or a trip to a nearby park if one’s close by. I always follow their lead and make it a fun, relaxed outing. For at-home visits, I’ll give them the love and attention they deserve while you’re away. That might mean playing their favorite game, giving them belly rubs, or just sitting and cuddling if that’s what they enjoy. I’m also comfortable giving medications and making sure they feel safe, calm, and cared for during every visit. I know how important it is for pets to feel secure and not alone when their humans are away, and I’m here to help with that.
