About: I’ve shared my life with both cats and dogs for as long as I can remember, but my real journey in animal care began in 2019 when I started volunteering at a local animal shelter. There, I made it my mission to ensure every animal received thoughtful, compassionate care — from feeding and grooming to walks, enrichment, and gentle socialization. Since 2023, I’ve been pet‑sitting for a variety of pets. My care includes feeding, administering medications, and providing both physical exercise and mental stimulation tailored to each pet’s needs. About: I have been taking care of dogs almost every week on the weekends along with sitting for my neighborhood dogs, cats, birds and guinea pigs while they are on vacation or away from their home. I am comfortable feeding dogs, interacting with them and I love to give lots of love. I am familiar with giving medication’s to dogs if needed. Your animal will be in good hands as I will love them as my own. Whatever an owner needs for them and their dogs to be well cared for, I can accommodate. I work from home, so the dog will always be accompanied with me. we’ll have plenty of playtime, outside time and potty breaks. I provide at least 2 walks a day and several Potty breaks from 7 am up until 10 Pm. I have a fenced yard where they can play as they like and they can hang out inside as well. “I had to book Marilyn last minute at 7am—literally as I was leaving for my hike because my previously scheduled Rover failed to meet me. She quickly took my dog in and watched that she didn't exercise much (she just had surgery). I know that Marilyn watched her because with the other Rover, my dog would come back limping indicating to me that she was exercising too much. With Marilyn, she did not limp after picking her up. I would book her more often if the location was closer!”

I am always 30 minutes or less from my home and even during house sitting stays, I am coming home to check in on and provide company to my own two pups. They're never alone for more than four hours. I also have a doggy door that leads to the backyard for full access when someone is home. As I have cats and small caged critters, I do prefer boarding stays to be crate trained. My own dogs are crate trained and absolutely love their "box." It is their safe space for when life or other dogs becoming too overwhelming. In my experience, I have found that bringing your dog's crate (along with some beds and blankets) helps your dog have their own safe space to relax or retreat to when needed. It also keeps everyone safe while I am out tending to regular walking clients. When house sitting I try my best to keep to your dog's typical routine. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Crate when leaving, or close bedroom doors. Walks around the neighborhood or play in the backyard. Not allowed on furniture, sleeping in bed with you, etc. Please let me know what your furry friend is accustomed to! Please keep in mind that I will not be able to stay in your home 24/7 as I have regular clients during the week that I need to walk. I will be able to stay in your home through the entire night with regular afternoon potty breaks.

My home is set up with a fully fenced backyard and a separate dog kennel that pups can access anytime they want. I’ve trained many dogs to use a dog door, too. And of course, there’s always an endless supply of toys, treats, and love waiting for them. My future goal is to own my own dog kennel company! I work from home so i am always around to provide for the pets that are here. I am very much a home body which is why I love having animals around. I care for pets with the same love and attention I give my own. With many years of experience as a pet owner, I understand how important it is for animals to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their families are away. About: I've taken care of many of my friends pets, dogs and cats when they are away. I absolutely love doing it! Pets are part of the family! I am currently working part time doing instacart so I am on the road and can stop whenever I need to let them out or take them on a walk. I am also starting school this summer so I will be available after classes as well. I usually stay over at my friend's house whenever they are gone to watch their fur babies. About: I have been around animals of all kinds my entire life, my mom was always bringing little critters home so I have gotten to experience lots of different four legged friends I have a full house. We have two dogs. A 14 year old miniature Schnauzer named Zoey. A 4 year old Yorki named S'More who thinks he is master of the universe. We also have two cats. A 12 year old ash point lynx named Viktor. And a 2 month old kitten named Roscoe. They are both strays We picked up. And four Sugar Gliders: Stitch, Ziggy, Joey, Gizmo. About: I have always loved animals...growing up we had dogs, cats, fish & rabbits. Six years ago I got lucky enough to become "step mom" to two wonderful basset hounds, they have been pure joy. They love taking walks and being petted or getting loved on and they love other animals- they are friendly and loving to everyone. My step daughter is special needs and adores animals of all kinds, we are very hands on and a safe place for your pets to land. We have a fenced in back yard so the dogs can be outside playing together and getting fresh air weather permitted. We live near parks so we will happily take them on walks. “Our dog had a great time at Val's place! Before I dropped Dash off, I could tell that Val was conscientious and organized - she asked good questions about Dash during the meet and greet, had contingency plans in case things went wrong, and let me meet some of the other dogs staying with her. She has a nice fenced yard area for dogs to play in, including some shade and structures for dogs to run over/through. During his stay, Val sent us pictures and video of Dash playing with other dogs and even a cat! (We gave her permission to see how Dash did with cats, since we don't have any).
