She checked in with us for anything new - walking Rex in a different place, taking him in her car for an errand and walk, having someone over for dinner. (All of which were just fine with us - but she asked!) She texted every day, often with photos. She took out the trash and recycling on her last day, and even changed the bed so we had clean sheets when we got home late at night. It was clear that Rex was comfortable with Shannon throughout our trip and that he was both safe and happy. If we weren't moving away soon, we would DEFINITELY have her take care of our dog again.”

Kristine watched our 12 year old Aussie and 10 chickens for 7 days and she was wonderful. She was in contact with us every day and sent pictures of our Aussie. Just before we left, he had given himself a hotspot and he had to be in a cone the entire time we were gone. Kristine treated him with her own supplies and made a huge difference in healing him up before we got home. She took exceptional care of our sweet dog and our chickens and we returned to a neat and clean house. I would definitely recommend Kristine and will use her in the future to watch our animals and home.

Jasleen did a great job taking care of Otto. Otto is 14 years old and gets very sad when we leave home and she did an excellent job making him happy despite him sulking for the first couple of days. Jasleen sent us daily messages with photos about how Otto was doing and we could tell that he really liked her!

Sarah was excellent and met all our needs. We had a number of special needs for our fur family. Both of my college daughters had a pet staying at the house along with our dog and 2 skittish cats. So each animal had its own special set of directions and they all needed to be managed separately to keep everyone happy and safe. Sarah managed all these expectations perfectly, giving each pet indualized care. She sent pictures and updates and was very responsive when I sent messages. I will definitely use Sarah again for our pet care needs.
We had a last minute need for a sitter for 3 pups and Sarah really came through! Not only was she super responsive regarding availability, booking, and coming for a meet and greet the very next morning, but she continued the excellent communication and updates while I was gone. One of our three pups is such a nervous/shy girl but even by day two she was sleeping with Sarah at night and being a little love beggar ☺️ just goes to show how great Sarah is with animals.
