About: I have 2 Crested Geckos, and have lived with 4 different friends who owned cats. Within the last year I have walked coworkers dogs countless times and have dog-sat for them as well. I have pet-sat for coworkers in their homes from one night, up to one month. I have also volunteered at the Truckee Humane Society for about a year as well. I have flexible but consistent work hours that allow me to create a routine to take care of your pets. We do not have any animals of our own due to frequent travel and not wanting the long-term commitment at this point in life, but Rover a great opportunity to fill the void of not having animals around. We have ample time to tend to pets and we enjoy getting outside for walks to break up our workdays. About: I’ve had a passion for animals my whole life and grew up with a wide variety of pets. I am currently a ski patroller in Lake Tahoe now and I am part of our mountains search and rescue avalanche dog team. I have been a second handler for numerous of our dogs over the years training them in search and rescue and obedience. I work at the mountain as a ski patroller in the winters and in the summer I work as a bartender at a lake front restaurant in Lake Tahoe.
