About: Hello, I am a local who lives full time in Tahoe City. I've been a pet owner with both dogs and cats for the last 30+years. I am a mother of two grown children that are now off away at school. I work at the local elementary school with young children of special needs. I am a fun, caring and loving person who loves both animals and humans. I don't have any pets living with me so your pet would be the only one I would be caring for. I am free to take care of your pet most days, nights and some weekends. I work from home during the summer months so my schedule is always flexible. I currently live in a condo down the street from Lake Tahoe. There are numerous parks at the lake as well as many hiking trails to walk your dog at that are close by my place. I will always walk your dogs on a leash unless otherwise informed by owner to let run free in the woods and trails. I am very safe and responsible.

About: Since high school I have had experience with normal pets to the exotic! I can honestly say that each animal is an individual that deserves their specific needs acknowledged and met. I do have experience with senior animals that need medication as well as special needs, there hasn’t been an experience that I haven’t learned from! I’ve even read books like Caesar’s Way in order to better understand my own pets and help them. I’ve even been known to be a bit of a perfectionist although that was in my earlier years now I can gladly say am a seasoned sitter! Caring for your family member fits into my routine because at the moment I am a dog Mom of one dachshund with a good partner that loves her as much as I do! I also do volunteer work, which is extremely flexible. Aside from that a lot of what I do is online, which works out great when pet care is involved I will care for your family member by noting all of their needs as well as asking any questions I have about the environment if it was not already covered in our introduction. I like to take notes!

About: I have experience working at a doggy day-care. I was responsible for watching and entertaining up to 25 dogs at a time of all ages and sizes! I work 10 hour shifts 4 days a week Tues-Fri. I am not home for pick ups/drop-offs between 7:15 AM-6:30 PM on those days. However my 3-day weekend gives me plenty of time to give your pup the love and attention they deserve! I hope to find some canine friends to hike with me on the weekends. I can cater to whatever your dog needs as I have plenty of experience working with different breeds, sizes, and ages. About: We have taken care of animals all our lives and have a genuine love for each of them. We have experience with it all; new puppies and kittens, as well as older furry friends who may need special treatment and/or administering medication. Between the both of us, we always make it a priority to work with our pups with lots of playtime, exercise, training and socialization daily. We both are self employed and create our own schedules so we are flexible and work together to ensure our pets have an enjoyable & active day. We have a large dog-friendly fenced-in yard as well as amazing trails just outside our backdoor. Our Aussie-Border Collie mix, Penny is super friendly and submissive and gets along with everyone.
