Just returned from a 4 day holiday weekend after booking Katie last minute and what a blessing she turned out to be. Katie took care of our home and pets as if they were her own. We have one rescue dog with serious past abuse PTSD, a Husky that requires frequent trips outside (both also requiring special meal instructions and/or medication) and a very shy cat and she was an absolute master. Katie navigated a blown HVAC capacitor tech visit and a power outage due to someone driving into a local neighborhood restaurant and she never complained once. If we could leave a 6th star, we absolutely would. What an amazing human.
Emily provided the best care for our pups! She sent us pictures and little updates each day and even printed a holiday picture of them for our own keepsake. Shannon was an absolute angel from her willingness to go along with my dogs crazy habits to leaving my house spotless to taking such good care of my dog! To top it off when I had some flight related delays coming home on time she reached out and offered to take the dog out one last time, giving me one less thing to worry about.
