About: I have a love for all animals, as a child growing up I have always wanted to be a Veterinarian Assistant. I began doing foster care for dogs in 2020 after doing this for a while I felt a much greater need to help even more. I began my own dog rescue in 2020. I walk, play, love and care for each animal. I have rescued and rehomed several dogs to safe and loving homes. I treat them as if they were my own. The unbreakable bond between pets and their people is something that will forever warm my heart! I’m currently working part time. I’m available after work and on my off days. Just message me and we can make things work! I’m more than happy to help! I have three fur-babies of my own and they love to run around and play outside, there is 7-acres of land, and the best part is not by any main roads, it’s private. I also walk my dogs or let them play inside with some toys. Depending on your pet and your instructions for your pet, I’ll make sure that your pet and you as well feel comfortable with things. If it’s a client’s home then whatever instructions are given I’ll make sure to go by!

“Mitchell was the perfect choice. He kept us updated of every detail with our pups. I highly recommend Mitchell for booking and will for sure share his service with my peers. Thanks again.”

“Hannah was amazing with all of our animals! She took the time to make them comfortable and took wonderful care of them. She sent detailed progress reports and pictures every drop in. We will definitely be a repeat customer!”
About: Hi! I’ve had dogs my entire life and they’ve always been at the center of my world. My most recent pup, Effy, was with me for 15 years — she was truly the love of my life. While I’m not quite ready to have a dog of my own again, I couldn’t imagine my life without them, which is why I’m so excited to be here on Rover! Your pet will be loved and cared for like my own. I can’t wait to meet them I work from home Monday–Friday, so your pet will have my full attention throughout the day — no long stretches alone. I am able to work remotely so care during the day is no issue. I live in an apartment in Meraux above my dad’s office, so while there’s no yard, we have plenty of space to get outside for walks. There are stairs, but I’m happy to carry pets up and down as needed.
About: Hi! My name is Brion. (Bree-ahn) I’m a 32 year old female. I’ve always had some sort of pet in my life. I currently have a 1 y/o male golden doodle who is not spayed. I also have a 6 y/o daughter who absolutely adores animals. On weekends my daughter and I would love nothing more than a play buddy. We like taking walks outside and getting fresh air when needed. We live in a fenced home with a backyard, front yard, & a park. So there’s plenty of space for activities and energy. I also have a large cage of my own if needed.
About: What sets me apart as a pet sitter is the genuine love and care I bring to every animal I work with, along with a deep understanding of their unique needs. I have experience working with a wide range of pets, from energetic puppies who need consistency and basic training, to senior pets who require extra patience, gentle handling, and possibly medication management. I’m skilled in reading animal body language, which helps me quickly build trust and create a calm, safe environment. Whether it’s reinforcing positive behavior in younger pets, helping with crate training, or making sure older pets stay comfortable and cared for, I tailor my approach to each individual animal. Your pet won’t just be looked after—I’ll treat them like family, with plenty of affection, play, and attention to their routines and preferences. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine—it doesn’t feel like a task, it’s something I genuinely enjoy. I make time every day for feeding, walks, playtime, and any special care a pet might need, whether that's administering medication, doing training exercises, or simply providing companionship and comfort. When I'm pet sitting, I structure my schedule around the pet’s needs, I stay consistent with their usual routine to help them feel safe and at ease, whether it's early morning walks, mid-day check-ins, or evening snuggles. My goal is to keep things as normal and stress-free as possible for both the pet and their owner. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I focus on creating a safe, clean, and comforting environment that feels as close to their normal routine as possible. In my home, I offer a calm, pet-friendly space with plenty of room to play, rest, and explore. I keep everything secure and pet-proofed, and I always do a meet-and-greet beforehand to make sure your pet feels comfortable here. I do have 4 dogs of my own in home, so depending on your dog(s) and mine upon meet-and-greet, they will always have others to play with or I can always safely keep them separated, comfortable and calm at all times while staying with me. I follow your instructions closely—whether that’s diet, crate training, medication, or anything else—and provide updates so you know your pet is happy and well cared for. In your home, I make it a priority to respect your space while giving your pet the love and attention they need. I stick to their regular feeding, walking, and play schedules to minimize stress and keep things familiar. I’m also happy to take care of small household tasks like bringing in mail or watering plants while you're away. No matter the setting, I treat every pet like they’re my own—with patience, affection, and a whole lot of belly rubs and love!

Feed them according to the owner’s instructions. • Give fresh water daily. • Walk dogs or let them out for bathroom breaks. • Clean litter boxes for cats. • Spend time with them (play, attention). • Follow the pet’s normal routine. • Send the owner occasional updates if requested.

About: I was a kennel worker for 2 years, providing daily care for dogs of various temperaments. My responsibilities included feeding, cleaning and sanitizing kennels, supervising playtime, administering medications as directed, and monitoring health and behavior. Caring for pets is something I truly enjoy. I make time each day for walks, feedings, and plenty of attention to ensure every pet feels safe and happy. I care for pets as if they are my own. I follow their usual routine closely and send regular updates to stay connected with owners while they are away.
About: I’ve always adored pets since I was young. I’ve had many in my life from cats, dogs, and rodents. I know animals are equal beings that need treatment with special accommodations. This requires patience which is almost unlimited for me.i currently have three cats that I’ve owned since they were 3-4 months old they’re now 6. I just got rats a few weeks ago they’re girls 6-8 months old. I believe everything follows a routine dedicated to them and I have no issue aligning myself to these routines. I’m still finishing high school at the moment and I have a job. But besides managing those I’m available weekdays after 4 if I’m not scheduled to work, weekends any time I keep my babies inside as much as possible. They’re allowed to free roam outside since they’re used to that lifestyle from before. They wear flee collars, jam is allergic. I cleanse them with daily grooming and anima safe wipes or soap if necessary. They’re fed 2-3 a day with half a cup or less of cat food I do plan to change their diets eventually. When it comes to other people’s pets I treat them with nothing but love and care and always stay considerate of whatever the owner says I should know about that animal. I’m extremely against cruelty brand products so I will avoid associating or using them.

About: Patience and empathy are a major part of my approach to animals in general. I have realized that these beautiful creatures respond well to me because my love does not come with any strings. I have a Jack Russell Terrier named Kameha and a cat named Sushi. They are my world. Sushi's mother was a stray cat and not in good shape. I helped her heal and she ended having Sushi and several other kittens. Kameha was rescued from a bad home and she had worms as a puppy. Now she is full of life. My values include but are not limited to: safety, integrity, responsibility, respect, and dependability. I am entrepreneur and full time father and I am looking for supplemental income. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
