When a medical issue came up with my dog shortly before the stay, Regina was understanding and helped administer medications during the stay. She even sent my pup home with a new toy! She texted me dozens of pictures, took Callie for four walks each day, kept me constantly updated on Callie’s behavior, indulged Callie’s desires to sleep next to her young daughter, and went way above and beyond the call of duty to buy and feed Callie chicken and rice when she had an upset digestive system. I am so impressed and appreciative of the great care Ponyo and her family gave my dog at a time when I greatly needed that kind of assurance. I recommend her most highly. She’s amazing.”
