“Our dog Midge loved spending the day with Kirsten and her dog Bear! Kirsten was very thorough with her meet and greet and listened to us explain all of Midge's little quirks. Midge was tired and happy after a long walk and romping around the yard with her doggie pals. You can tell Kirsten and her family are total dog people and will take care of your own doggo as if it were their own. We're planning to use Kirsten for more day care and overnight stays in the future!”

“Maria is amazing!! Our pups got to spend the day going for walks and enjoying the company of other dogs in thr comfort of Maria's home! I think one of our dogs actually got mad that she had to leave 😉”

“Christina did an excellent job of caring for our golden retriever, Lucky, during day care. Lucky had a great time playing with Christina’s dogs. I appreciated that Lucky was taken for a walk and that we received updates and photos throughout her stay.”

“Alvin and Simone had a wonderful day at Sarah’s. The entire family welcomed them into their home. Sarah sent pictures updating as to how they were doing and my pups had doggy smiles on their faces. I will definitely use Sarah again.”

“This is my second time having my Luna stay at Maria & Kalyan’s place and under their care. I am so appreciative of how communicative they are leading up to the visit, during the visit, and after. I always know that Luna is in good hands. Thank you for being gentle and caring towards her and I look forward to having her become more & more confident staying in your home!”

About: Taking care of my dog when it got old also older family gave me the correct tools necessary to take care and provide for pets! I am very active in my day to day life whether it’s going on walks/runs or going too the park, only thing is I can bring your fluffy companion with me! We have a closed off fence with a big enough yard for a lot of animals and places too seek cover if needed, our house also has closed off areas for the dog because we don’t believe in crates!
“Meredith was available on short notice and more than happy to take our dog so we could explore Seattle. He came back super tired and ready to relax. Her dog is also super great and a fun buddy for any dog who hangs out with them! Highly recommend Meredith to anyone in the area!”

“Tyler and Alexis are great! Very flexible and responsive, a great space in their home an yard, and most importantly, great with all the dogs. They've done a great job with both of our dogs, both of whom have their quirks and challenges, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a sitter.”

“Jerry was thoughtful, communicative and did a great job caring for my dog! My dog is an escape artist and I felt comfortable leaving her in his care because he has a secure backyard, a double gate system by the front door, and was diligent about keeping her safe.”

“Keiana is super friendly and flexible of my pickup/dropoff time. Great communication. They also spent time asking good questions to understand my Golden retriever Skylar's routine, personality, preference and stuff. Makes me feel really comfortable that they will take good care of my furry baby. They also took Skylar to dog park and sent some great videos. I'm happy that Skylar had a great time with them ?”

About: I work from home full-time, so your pet will have company and attention all day long. I’ve cared for two full-size poodles while their owner was away and have an 80-pound Newfiepoo of my own, so I’m very comfortable with large breeds. We don’t have a fenced yard, but we love walks — your pup will get a minimum of four a day! I can accommodate as many bathroom breaks as needed and will always follow your feeding and care instructions closely. If your dog is comfortable with it, we can enjoy trips to the Burien dog park for extra playtime. You’ll receive 3–4 photo updates a day so you can see how much fun your pet is having. I’m also experienced with puppies and happy to help them settle in with patience and consistency. Our home is filled with love, and my gentle 4-year-old adores animals. Your dog will truly be treated like part of the family. Pet care is part of my everyday life! Since I work from home full-time, I’m always around to give plenty of attention, walks, and playtime throughout the day. My own dog keeps me on a steady routine with morning, midday, and evening walks, and your pup will fit right into that schedule. I plan my day around the pets in my care — making sure they’re comfortable, well-fed, and happy from morning to bedtime. Safety and comfort always come first. In my home, pets have a calm, loving environment with plenty of supervision — I’m home full-time, so they’re never left alone for long. I make sure each pet’s routine is followed closely, from feeding times to preferred walking routes. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat their space and their pets with the same care and respect I’d want for my own. I double-check doors and gates, keep things tidy, and ensure your pet feels safe and relaxed while you’re away. Whether it’s cuddles on the couch or quiet downtime, I do my best to make every animal feel at home and cared for.
“Ashley was amazing with Pastel! I’m a helicopter dog mom as I would say and she was very good at communicating, she promptly responded all my questions and concerns! She is great and I highly recommend her. I can wait to use her services again! Thank you so much Ashley!”

“Eric did a fantastic job with Philmore! Was flexible with pick up time/drop off. Philmore was exhausted when he came home, so we know he got lots of wiggles out with Eric. Very communicative, great experience”

About: I’ve had multiple dogs in my lifetime, and also dog-sit occasional at their home. I don’t believe in rushing animals, nor do I want to take care of more than two at a time. I want each animal to have enough attention to build trust between us. I am currently working part time, primarily remote, and enjoy being out in my yard. The floor plan is pretty open, but can be gated if necessary. I have a house situated in a small neighbourhood with minimal through traffic. I am comfortable with crate trained pups, as well as free roaming. I have two indoor/outdoor cats that have some exposure to dogs. Additionally, I am near the airport with an outdoor parking space available that you can leave your car on and use a ride share service to the airport for a small fee. If your trip is less than a week it’s $25, and if it is over a week it’s $50. The goal of the monies from this arrangement will be put towards getting the yard securely fenced! :)
“Eileen is super sweet, and I could tell Beemo was so loved during his stay! She was very communicative and sent photo updates. I’ll definitely book with her again!”

About: I grew up on a farm, surrounded by animals of various kinds. I learned the importance of connecting with animals in order to anticipate their needs. I love meeting new animals & learning each individual's personality. Living in West Seattle with a fenced in yard. I have an 8 year old Havanese who gets a long really well with other dogs & cats. We'll go on at least one walk per day and will go out for potty breaks every 2-3 hours. I am home all day, so your pet will rarely be alone. I can't wait to meet your fur baby! I'm currently working from home, so pets are rarely left alone. We go on at least one walk per day & potty breaks a frequent (about every 2-3 hours). I have a fenced in yard, with my 8 year old Havanese to play & keep your fur baby company. I'll ensure your pet is safe & cared for at the gold standard. 👌🏻
About: I've had pets since I can remember! As an animal lover, I feel lucky that I grew up in a household where we at minimum had anywhere from 1 or 3 cats and a dog. My childhood dog/best friend, Manila, of 16 years was a Golden Retriever/Rhodesian mix. She was my first best friend. Since moving to the Seattle area, I've watched dogs off and on for friends and family - offering dog walking and pet-sitting support. I enjoyed being able to do this, especially during the years I wasn't in a living situation that allowed me to adopt my own animals. I currently work from home full-time. My two small dogs and cats keep me company (but to be honest, they mostly sleep in their own beds/rooms sometimes). While I am on zooms most of the day, my schedule is very flexible and accommodates frequent potty breaks and walks during the day. We have a fully fenced-in backyard and front yard. I realized, especially with us being so close to the airport (just a short 7-minute Lyft or Uber ride), that I am ideally situated to be able to offer overnights for traveling doggie parents. I have two small dogs (Meghan and Harry) who are used to other dogs being over/around. Meghan is a chihuahua mix who may act fierce when she first meets you, but she's a big sweety who will become best of friends with her new doggy buddy after a good round of butt-smelling. We also have two cats whom I think may think of themselves as dogs (given that one is bigger than the dogs) and are unbothered by additional dog guests.
About: Board and Train is frequently ineffective, especially in a kennel environment. Let me housesit and train your dog using the environment where the training needs to continue working! I have worked as a professional dog walker for 5 years. It is the best job ever. Dogs are adorable and hilarious, yes, but the part I really love is trying to understand the motivations behind each dog. I know, food and walks, duh! But since adopting my high-anxiety dog 6 years ago, I have realized there is so much more to the doggie brain. Dog park trips are like an anthropological study for me!! I like to think I'm the Jane Goodall of dogs; I'm flattered when they confuse me for one of their own. Living among the canines has come very naturally to me, and frequently worry about the diminishing appeal of the human world. My mother has legitimate concerns that I'll never find a husband. Some have called me a dog whisperer, to which I say "Have you ever met a dog that whispers?" You can think of me more like a translator. Booking with me helps fund my education so that I can one day save the world. My dream is to help troubled kids find the peace and compassion that I have found in my love for animals. I currently work from home and have open availability. If your dog cannot be left alone, they won't be. My own dog does not like to be separated from me, thus I'm comfortable arranging my life around the needs of dogs!! I use extreme care in assessing the environment to experience it the way your dog is, thus better understand behaviors and antecedent cues, and what is reinforcing the behavior.
