About: We are a dog loving couple located in Normandy Park! We are new to Rover, but we have years of experience in caring for dogs. We used to foster dogs until we decided to become permanent dog parents to our two Golden Retrievers! We both have had dogs our whole lives, so have extensive experience with all different breeds and ages. We are excited to welcome your pup into our pack! My partner works from home full-time, so your pup will never be left home alone. We also go on twice daily walks, so your pup will get plenty of exercise (apart from running in our large yard)! Our home: we have 3 fenced in areas for plenty of room for your fur baby to roam. Our two Goldens absolutely adore other dogs, so we hope that your pup doesn’t mind other friends around! We are a very dog friendly home, so know that our house is puppy proofed and we allow dogs on the furniture.

About: I started volunteering in an animal shelter when I was 16 years old. I worked in a veterinary hospital for 18 years off and on then moved on to working for and then owning my own pet sitting/dog walking company. I have done that for the last 16 years. I now work full time from home with a flexible schedule. I am comfortable administering medication, fluid treatments, and injections. (Additional cost) I was raised with chihuahuas to bullmastiffs, so size is not a factor I require all families to be open to my 16 year old daughter tagging along, if necessary. I also have resident cats and dogs so I ask your pets be pet friendly if you are inquiring about boarding in my home. I live on a lake for those babes who love to swim. I also have a fully fenced yard. Look forward to talking with you and taking care of your fur babies and home. I’m home most of the day so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets. I arrange my schedule to match your typical schedule so pets can stay with their routine I will follow all rules for leashing and animal security. I will not walk dog off leash under any circumstances. I also will not participate in dog parks. I prefer cats/dogs that come indoors during the night.

About: Hi! My name’s Martini or Rouge, I just moved back to the Seattle area after years in Georgia, and am in search of part time work. I have experience pet sitting for cats and dogs, as well as experience with pet ownership, including reptiles such as beardies and geckos. I love pets of all shapes and sizes, and have an easygoing temperament that pets tend to get along with as well. I currently have open availability, as I just moved back to the Seattle area and have not yet started other means of employment here, meaning my schedule is fully open for pet care! I give pets love and attention, take them on walks if needed, feed them, and ensure that they have gone potty and any messes made have been cleaned.

About: Since being on my own, I have had some fur baby in my life. Both puppies and elders will be well loved here. We have a deep relationship with our own animals. All are fully vaccinated and attend their annual health checks. We also love on them when they ask us to, meeting their mental health needs as well. Husband is still working from home with no return to the office in sight. And we are a currently a multi-generational home. There will always be some human here to care for your furry family member. We have a huge, secure, fenced backyard and two dogs of our own. Your pup will be well exercised here and will come home exhausted (and maybe a little dirty). We also love cuddling with our fur babies, and will welcome any (reasonably sized) dogs onto our bed if that is where they feel comfortable, or we have room for a crate or any dog bed you want to bring. We feed our pooches 3x a day. But we find that most guests have a 2x per day routine, and will continue to hold your home routine. We also give oral medication to one of our pups, once a day.

I helped build a dog daycare here in Seattle, so I’ve spent years learning how dogs actually behave—who wants to play, who needs a break, and how to make sure everyone stays safe and happy. At home, we keep that same vibe—but way more personal. Our dog Bud (2 years old) is the host. He’s friendly, playful, and great with other dogs—basically the guy who makes sure everyone feels welcome. If your dog likes to play, they’ll have a blast. If they prefer to chill, we’ve got cozy spots for that too. My wife (originally from Colombia 🇨🇴) has been around dogs her whole life and brings a ton of warmth and attention to every pup that walks through the door. What your dog gets: 🐾 Supervised play (no chaos, just good energy) 🐾 A safe, calm environment 🐾 Plenty of attention, affection, and breaks when needed 🐾 A new best friend in Bud We keep things small, intentional, and stress-free—so your dog isn’t just “watched”… they’re part of the pack. Dogs basically run our schedule 😊 We walk Bud three times a day, and since we’re home most of the day, there’s always someone around for playtime, snuggles, or a quick potty break. Your dog just joins right in. In our home, dogs are part of the daily routine—not just “watched.” We provide structured care with three walks a day, supervised play, and plenty of downtime when needed. We do have a partially fenced yard, but we don’t rely on it—dogs are always supervised outside and primarily get their exercise through regular walks. Because of my daycare background, I pay close attention to each dog’s personality—whether they want to play, relax, or have their own space—and make sure everyone stays safe and comfortable.

About: I've loved and cared for dogs for 20+ years — and it's the senior and high-needs ones that have shaped me most as a caretaker. I've worked professionally as a dog walker and sitter, volunteered on a farm tending to sheep, pigs, and cows, and have logged years of animal care across a wide variety of contexts. My focus and true passion is senior and high-needs dogs. I currently care for Momo, my 11-year-old mini poodle rescue, who requires daily medication, mobility support, and consistent patience with separation anxiety rooted in past trauma. I'm fully comfortable managing medication schedules, specialized diets, and the kind of attentive, adaptive care that older or more complex dogs require. I also guided my previous dog, an Old English Sheepdog, through her full senior journey — including dementia-informed reactivity, significant mobility challenges, and all the nuanced day-to-day care that came with loving a big dog through her final chapter. I share my home with two poodles: Momo, and Stormy — a big, friendly 7-year-old standard who loves meeting new dogs and is equally happy to give them space if that's what they need. Stormy splits his time between my home and family nearby, so his presence varies by stay. I now work from home in a different field, and pet care is my way of staying connected to the animals I love. Your dog gets calm, present, unhurried attention from someone who is genuinely home — and genuinely invested. Senior dogs, anxious dogs, and dogs who need a little extra are especially welcome here! I work from home the majority of the week, so I'm present and available throughout most days. I'm typically in office one to two days a week — usually Wednesdays and/or Thursdays — for roughly 8 hours. Outside of those days, I'm home and attentive during business hours and fully available on evenings and weekends. I have a fully fenced yard, a one-story layout with no stairs to navigate — especially important for senior or mobility-limited dogs — and gate separation available so visiting dogs can be in the mix while still having their own space. Crates are available if needed. I keep pet cameras throughout the home so I can monitor remotely on the rare occasion I'm out. All dogs have dedicated feeding stations and I'm happy to accommodate varying meal times and dietary needs. Animal CPR documentation is posted in the home, an emergency vet is less than a mile away, and I have reliable transportation should anything come up.
