About: My daughter and I have been doing Rover together for years. This summer, she is home from school at UVA and excited to help out with additional tasks like dog walking and house sitting! We have both had dogs our entire lives, all sizes and life stages. We began Rover in 2019 after losing our 10 yr old black lab to diabetes, looking to keep our home lively. We are both excited to meet your pets and help out! I work from home and will be with your best friend all day long. I am up early for my morning walk and would love the company of your dog! I am attending VCU for my MSW M-F from 8-4, so I have limited availability for midday potty breaks/check-ins during the week, but I have open availability most evenings and weekends. For boarding requests, my partner works from my home and is available to offer potty breaks/check-ins for pets while I’m at school. About: I've grown up with dogs my entire life and have been a cat dad for six years now so I have a vast amount of experience with both animals and love both equally. Family friends have relied on me to take care of their dogs, including overnight stays for weeks at a time, when they go on vacation. I love animals and I treat them like they are my children. About: I've been taking care of dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. Many of my neighbors would often ask me to take care of their pets while they're away, and I still watch all of them to this day! It gave me quite a lot of experience with different types of animals among all ages too. All of their amazing pets have inspired me to join Rover to meet many more, and hopefully, I can one day get a dog of my own!
