About: My daughter and I have been doing Rover together for years. This summer, she is home from school at UVA and excited to help out with additional tasks like dog walking and house sitting! We have both had dogs our entire lives, all sizes and life stages. We began Rover in 2019 after losing our 10 yr old black lab to diabetes, looking to keep our home lively. We are both excited to meet your pets and help out! I work from home and will be with your best friend all day long. I am up early for my morning walk and would love the company of your dog! I live in a great dog friendly community, we have lots of great green space and multiple dog parks within walking distance! Would happily spend the day with your dog at the dog park if that is a good place for them.

I am open to traveling farther distances for 1+ week sits. I am attending VCU for my MSW M-F from 8-4, so I have limited availability for midday potty breaks/check-ins during the week, but I have open availability most evenings and weekends. For boarding requests, my partner works from my home and is available to offer potty breaks/check-ins for pets while I’m at school. I’m happy with staying overnight for housesitting or sharing my home for boarding! I have the utmost care and respect for my clients pets and homes and treat them as if they were my own. About: I’ve been dog-sitting for about 5 years now. I’ve mainly taken care of small to medium sized dogs but I’m open to looking after larger dogs as well. I am very reliable and have a lot of energy to keep your dog entertained throughout the day. I love going for walks and and going to dog parks if allowed by the owner. I live in an apartment and it’s dog-friend and the apartment has a dog area where they can relieve themselves. I live in a studio apartment but there’s plenty of open space where your pup can lounge around. I’m very attentive of your dogs needs, so I stay on top of taking them out for walks and making sure their water bowl is kept full and following their feeding schedule. Also open to grooming and showering your dog, especially if they are staying overnight with me. If your pup is energetic and loves to play we will be a great match!!

About: I’ve always been an animal person and have experience caring for dogs, cats, and reptiles, including my own ball python. I also have an Australian Shepherd who can be pretty anxious, so I’m used to being patient with nervous pets and helping them feel safe and comfortable. About: I've been taking care of family pets since I was about 12, I've dealt with diapers, regular medicine intakes, and even potty training! I also have 2 doggies of my own a Lab/Australian Sheppard and a Rottweiler I am a part time Student at Virginia Commonwealth University studying Nuclear Medicine. I am mostly doing prerequisites so I will have plenty of time to hang with the doggos! My rottie, Gemma, was the first dog I ever had leash trouble with. It was getting too much for me to handle so I took her to a dog trainer. During those sessions I learned a lot about proper leash etiquette as a walker!
