About: I've had a dog (weimaraner) for most of my childhood, he was my buddy. I have boarded dogs at my house (senior rottweiler, pug, aussie, pitbull, red heeler) and walked neighborhood dogs (lab, border collie, goldendoodle) multiple times over the past 5 years, from adolescent to senior. I currently volunteer at a dog rescue, mostly with the thrift store but also spending time with the dogs. I truly enjoy having dogs around, I am not able to have my own at the moment and so I enjoy the time I get with dogs in need and neighborhood pets. I am pretty good about reading dogs' mannerisms and trying to adapt my activity based on their personality. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
