“Sarah was fantastic! Very easy intro and she handled my hyper 85 lbs golden retriever so well. I will definitely be reaching out to her the next time I’m in town.”

“We have had Kelly for several visits now and she is 100% kitty (and owner) approved! She is prompt, takes great photos and communicates clearly and quickly. I would recommend her to any of my pet owning friends!!”

“Kelly is just great, simply put. Drop-ins, delivery, long-term pet care, she really does it all! She became a part of my dogs life, and he/we will surely miss her with her relocation. My wife and I operate on a varying schedule and Kelly was always there to accommodate our needs. Trust me, you’ve found a good one with her.”

“Shelagh came and let my pup out for a little walk while I was at work and couldn’t come home for lunch. She walked him around and played with him a bit. She followed the directions perfectly and was very communicative. I will definitely be using her again!”

“Layla is super!! She’s so very attentive to our girl. Dallas tends to be anxious but follows Layla around and loves all the attention and treats she gets. Layla always sends notes and plenty of pictures. I can’t say enough positive about her!!!”

“Willy Woo took a liking to Renee immediately during the meet and greet . He looked extremely content in the pictures and I was glad that he showed up for his “photo shoot” and his cookies,. Renee was also able to do the outdoor drop ins during the times requested and followed all of the instructions to a T. Thank you so much for taking care of Willie Woo, Paula.”

About: I’m a medical professional and animal lover lover with a huge heart for dogs, farm animals, lizards, and more! I have extensive practical experience at a vet clinic, at ranches and my own pets. Let me love yours! Over 15 years experience with professional care, but 30+ with my own dogs. Majored in animal science in college with neuro-psych doctorate. I’ll bathe, clip nails, and brush. I have a large yard and safe places to walk. I work from home part time but ant an hospital part time. Sometimes (rarely though) I go away for the weekend to go camping and site seeing. Your babies are welcome to come. They will hike and smell fresh air also. If traveling together, I like to give them a safety harness so they are secure and safe in the car. When I’m home it’s unrestricted access and with your babies. When I work I work from 9-4 in JAX. It it’s flexible and I’ll pay to have someone let your guys out if we need a mid-day walk. I pay for my girl to get a walk. I go for walks multiple times a day. My pug is chill and doesn’t worry about other animals. I only feed dry dog food, but will do anything for your babes.
About: I’ve had pets since a child, both cats and dogs. I’m a middle school math teacher, mother of 4 and grandmother of 5. Our family pets have passed in the past year and I am looking to pour my “pet love” into helping to care for other people’s fur babies! I’m currently a middle school teacher so I am available after 3 on weekdays, but I am fully available on weekends. Outside of teaching I prefer to dedicate my time to exercise, so what better way to do it than with a dog by my side! I am very good at working with whatever is best for your pets so if they need to be crated or have special instructions, I can certainly accommodate!
About: I am a physical therapy student looking to make alittle money during this time. I have grown up with dogs and cats my whole life. I am a proud cat and dog mom of a 6-year-old black lab that I have raised since she was a puppy and a 3-year-old cat. I currently have a flexible schedule, so I end up with more time on my hands than I know what to do with. This is great because I can then play and walk your fur babies when they need it. I enjoy walking my dog outside and when my cat likes to go on walks he tend to join as well. I make sure that harnesses or collars are appropriately put on to ensure safe and fun walking. If you are in need of a bath for your dog, I am available to do that as well. I am not a professional, but I have experience in bathing and drying, labs, boykin spinals, and labrodoodles. I currently have my own professional pet drying machine as well for quicker drying.
About: Hi, I’m Catie! I work full-time from home and love spending my free time outdoors with animals whenever I can. My family and friends joke that I “disappear” in public because I’ll stop to greet every dog I see or, if I’m out on a run, I’ll randomly pause just to say hi to cats sitting outside along the way. Being active and around pets is a big part of my lifestyle, which makes pet care a natural fit for me. I take care instructions seriously and focus on making sure each pet feels comfortable, stays on their normal routine, and is happy and well cared for. I have experience with cats and dogs of all ages and temperaments, including senior pets, shy or anxious animals, and those with special health needs. I’m comfortable with senior care, special diets, and helping animals who need extra patience to warm up. I also have volunteer experience with a rescue organization, along with hands-on experience administering medications and managing special diets. Keeping litter boxes clean is second nature to me, and I understand how important cleanliness and consistency are for cats. Since I work from home, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to adjust my availability as needed. You’ll also get regular updates, photos, and clear communication. I’m basically that person who can’t resist taking pictures of photogenic pets, so expect a lot of cute photo spam too. Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine since I have pets of my own and am used to keeping up with schedules, routines, and all the day-to-day care that comes with them. Since I work from home, I also have the flexibility to fit visits into my day more easily than someone with a more structured work schedule. I’m very intuitive with animals and usually pick up quickly on their moods, comfort levels, and personalities. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping things as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow their usual routine as closely as I can, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, litter box care, and any other instructions. I also pay close attention to behavior and comfort to make sure they’re getting the care and attention they need while their favorite human is away.
“Briana was super attentive with my cats, one of which requires daily SubQ fluids! She gave detailed notes for each visit, and plenty of pictures (my favorite part). My cats were well taken care of! I could not recommend her more.”

“Lindsey helped me out in a bind. Thank you for taking care of my sweet Kailani!! I’m sure she was happy to see you again! Also, thank you for the details in notes on visit along with wiping her paws after the walk. I appreciate that! I recommend Lindsey to care for your pets when needed. Kailai will be looking forward to more time with you tomorrow too!”

About: I provide calm, attentive and reliable care for dogs of all breeds, sizes and ages — including puppies, seniors and dogs who need a slower, more grounded presence. I currently care for five dogs of my own, all with different personalities and needs, so I’m very comfortable managing routines, walks, feeding schedules, medications and individual care. I pay close attention to a dog’s emotional state and adjust pace, structure and energy accordingly. My approach is steady and respectful. Dogs tend to settle quickly with me and many clients tell me their dogs are calmer and happier after our walks. I prioritize safety, communication and consistency and I treat every dog as if they were my own. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine, and I’m able to be flexible with scheduling. I plan my days to ensure dogs receive consistent attention, exercise, and care without rushing. I prioritize safety, clear routines, and calm handling at all times. I follow owner instructions carefully, use secure leashes, and pay close attention to each dog’s comfort, behavior, and surroundings, whether in my home or theirs.
About: Ive been babysitting dogs for neighbors and friends since I was a kid. I’ve always felt more comfortable around dogs than people. Dogs bring so much joy to the world and I love how excited they get over everyday small things. I’m not working right now so I’m excited to help take care of your dogs (and cats) while you are away. I’ll have plenty of time to play with them and take them for walks. I have a senior cat who is 13 and sleeps most of the day. My parents have a 1.5 year old goldendoodle who is high energy and loves everyone. I would be interested primarily in walking dogs and taking care of dogs/cats in their homes. It may be possible to take care of some dogs in our home but only if they are able to stay with an energetic puppy.

About: I love animals of every kind, and my childhood dream of being a veterinarian kept me surrounded by and caring for pets of all kind. Your dog/cat is a part of the family, and should be treated as such! I am here to fill any gaps or make your vacation go as smoothly as possible! I have a part-time job, so I have plenty of time to come in and work with your pet’s schedule, not the other way around. It’s important to treat every house like it’s your own, and leaving it a little cleaner than how you came in. I care the most about keeping the pets comfortable, so whatever routine is needed for that, I’m here to do!

Saint Augustine cat parents share their Rover experiences
Kelly was absolutely awesome!! I couldn’t ask for a better experience. She’s a kind and gentle animal lover, and took excellent care of my two cats while we were away for two weeks. The daily photos were very reassuring, and I will not hesitate to book Kelly again!
Sarah took great care of my cats! She was always on-time and sent detailed updates of her visit. My cats weren’t the most friendly but that didn’t discourage Sarah. We had to unexpectedly extend our trip and she was able to add on a few more days of care to help us out, which I really appreciated! I will definitely book with Sarah again for future trips.

Shelagh is wonderful. My cats adored her so much and they were so happy and relaxed when I came back from my weekend trip. I had such anxiety using a pet sitter for the first time ever, but Shelagh was very understanding and made sure that everything goes smoothly. She shared pictures with me and updated me during the visits. I will definitely book her again.

Mike has not only cared for our four precious boys, but our home. He takes great care to assure they are well fed, walked, and loved. He is wonderful at understanding each pets individual needs and makes sure to be thorough. He can be trusted with the ones you love.
