“Princess really enjoyed her stay at the farm this week. It is a poodles dream vacation with lots of running space and interesting things to investigate. By far the best, was the hugs! Already planning a return. Thank you for your wholesome, loving care! K & W”

“Sarah took such great care of my dog. I was bery nervous to leave her and sad the place my mom booked in St Augustine did not accept dogs. I think my dog had a great time and was loved with Sarah. I wish I lived nearby to use her more.”

“So we needed Christine again, and she was awesome again. We had a delay due to this government shutdown with our flight and could not get home for an extra day, she was able to keep the dogs an extra day, no issues. She also sent tons of pictures over thier stay, saw that our 1 dog had a loose molar and informed us immediately, she is very observant and very caring to our dogs. If you ever need a sitter and she is available, hands down she is your sitter. I dread using another sitter if she is not ever available.”

“Tracy is a wonderful caretaker. This was Rosie’s first time with her. Tracy really focused on my dog, and spent time with her to make sure was happy and having fun. She left me a lot of updates to reassure me throughout the day. I know my dog was well taken care of and had fun at her home.”

“Laura was great! She was flexible when my flight was rerouted and I was delayed. She sent photos daily and she and her family clearly loved my dog. Would absolutely recommend!”

“Dani is fantastic. Blueberry loves staying at her home, and I feel like she is treated like her child, which makes this mother happy :) I will definitely be bringing my puppers to Dani again and again!”

“I had a good experience with Marina. even though my dog pepper only stayed with her for a day I think my pepper had a good day. I was going on a cruise for a week and my sister-in-law was going to watch my dog but could only do it on June 2nd so I had a day that I needed someone to watch pepper. I happen to find Rover and it was a good fit. Marina was easy to work with as far as meet and greet and finding her apartment. even though it was only one day she still sent pictures and updates . I would recommend Marina if you're looking for someone to watch your pet.”

“Mariana was so kind and loving to my dog. She has knowledge about caring for senior dogs and it shows. She updated me everyday and I would love to have her take care of my dog anytime.”

“Moka had another great stay with Danielle! Besides being a great sitter, Danielle is a wonderful photographer and I received many photos and videos that showed me what a good time Moka was having. Danielle is a conscientious sitter for Moka, ensuring a regular meal schedule and maintaining Moka's two diabetes insulin injections daily. I am extremely happy with Danielle's conscientious care, which allows me to enjoy time away without worry.”

“Rebecca and Michael were amazing! I had no worries while my fur baby was staying with them. They sent me lots of pictures of their activities and always made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend them!”

“Denise is amazing. She cares about my dog and is very knowledgeable about caring for anxious dogs and dogs with medical issues. She was great about keeping us updated while we were away.”
“Katie absolutely sets the bar for dog sitters. Just WOW. Simon loved her from the second he met her. The entire setup was amazing, from the backyard to the overall environment she’s created for the dogs. You can immediately tell how knowledgeable she is, how much she genuinely loves dogs, and how comfortable she makes them feel. We’ve had some great sitters before (and unfortunately some not so great ones too), but Katie is truly on another level. Simon had an amazing time, and we had complete peace of mind the entire stay. Could not recommend her more highly.”

About: I have had a family dog in my life more years than not. I have always been an animal lover. I especially love dogs and their sweet personalities. I am currently in college, so I typically have a class in the morning and am available the remainder of the day, with some exceptions. I do not typically work during the week so I will have wide availability. I love taking the dogs on walks and playing with them. My apartment has a dog park which is also fun to let them run around and play at.
“Lorrie dog sat for my baby for 3 nights. I felt good walking away knowing they were in good hands. I was right, I could tell Zoe enjoyed being there! I will definitely use her again!”

“Natalie is the BEST!!! She is so great with our dog Kai. She accommodates all of our dates, is so easy to work with and loving of our pup. We are so glad we met her!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Saint Augustine
Diane made sure our pup was well loved, fed, and felt right at home. She kept us updated with cute pictures and gave her lots of time outside. We had no concerns the moment we met her and would be more than happy to bring our doggie back next time we're in St. Augustine.

I cannot recommend Mariana enough! From the moment we met, it was clear how caring and professional she is. She watched are sweet Nina, and treated her like family. I had total peace of mind the entire time because she sent daily photos and updates. When we returned home, our sweet Nina was happy and relaxed. I will absolutely be booking with Mariana again!

Rylea was absolutely wonderful with Honey! She took her to the beach, checked in with me multiple times, and made me feel so at ease while I was away. She’s incredibly sweet and it was clear Honey was so well cared for. Five stars all around, will definitely be using her again!

Katie did a fantastic job caring for my dog for doggie day care (8-4). She was on time for both drop off and pick up. She kept me informed throughout the day and sent great pictures. Katie provides a work from home, no dog, no kids house which is perfect for my spoiled older terrier. The yard was a nice bonus. Katie can dog-sit my dog any time.

Kat and MaMa Joyce took excellent care of our Lil Zeus. Great daily communication with photos included. We didn’t have to worry at all. Great caregiver hands down. Truly appreciate your kindness and compassion towards our Baby. We will definitely stay in touch. If you’re looking for care, comfort and compassion for your fur babies without worry. Kat is the best choice ever!

Kaylyn was terrific!! I had to be in Saint Augustine for a wedding and I needed a place for my beautiful pup to stay. He had a great time and I felt so comfortable leaving him at her home. And you will too! If we ever back in town, she’ll be the first person I called to watch my dog!

Once again GREAT experience with Brittany! Our dog just loves going there, and receives exceptional care, he always comes home happy! Brittany is fantastic at sending pic's and texts to keep us updated about what Teddy Bear's doing, if he's eating well, etc. We never have to worry, she also answers any questions quickly that we may have. She is without a doubt the best Pet Sitter we have ever found on ROVER, and WE highly recommend her for your Pet Sitting in St Augustine area!!! We have and will definitely use her services again. It's a great comfort to know a very responsible, caring , loving person is watching our dog Teddy Bear! THANK YOU SO MUCH BRITTANY

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
