“Heather will be our go-to cat sitter from here on out. Right after moving to St. Augustine, we had a pre planned wedding in Europe for 2 weeks. Heather did everything we asked and so much more, even watering our plants and adding to the fish tank reservoir, which was beyond appreciated—our home has a lot of life in it! She sent photos of both of our babies each visit, gave a good summary of how they’re doing and how the visit went, and even swept up for us. Thank you, thank you, thank you. On the last day, one of our babies locked herself in the restroom, and as soon as I saw it on camera, I texted Heather and she was at the house within 15 minutes. About: I have worked at a doggy boarding and daycare facility for eight years. I have been managing for three of those eight years. I have cared for numerous breeds and dogs of all ages. I do have a soft spot for elderly dogs, but do love walking and playing with younger, energetic dogs as well. As a result of my years of experience, I am capable of giving all forms of medication, making meals (dry, canned, homemade, raw, etc), and I have worked with dogs and cats of all temperaments. I have started this little business because I have seen how much happier pets are when they are cozy at home compared to a boarding facility, especially if they are prone to anxiety when they are away from home. I, myself, own a corgi named Clancy. He is a very happy little boy. I am off from my other job from Wednesday afternoon to Saturday. I have appointments every other Thursday from 11 to 1:30, but aside from that, I'm free. Walking and drop-ins work best for my schedule as they are the most flexible jobs offered here. I will walk your dogs wherever you feel comfortable. If they have a beloved route, I will keep them on it. During drop-ins, I will adhere to any instructions you have. At my place of work, I follow food and care instructions (that always vary) daily.

About: Hi, I’m Catie! I work full-time from home and love spending my free time outdoors with animals whenever I can. My family and friends joke that I “disappear” in public because I’ll stop to greet every dog I see or, if I’m out on a run, I’ll randomly pause just to say hi to cats sitting outside along the way. Being active and around pets is a big part of my lifestyle, which makes pet care a natural fit for me. Since I work from home, I also have the flexibility to fit visits into my day more easily than someone with a more structured work schedule. I’m very intuitive with animals and usually pick up quickly on their moods, comfort levels, and personalities. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping things as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow their usual routine as closely as I can, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, litter box care, and any other instructions. I also pay close attention to behavior and comfort to make sure they’re getting the care and attention they need while their favorite human is away.

About: I grew up with dogs my whole life. I have had my own dogs with my family. I know dogs are the heart of a family. I am here to help care for the fur babies. About: I’ve volunteered several summers in row washing kennels and food bowls playing with the kittens and post them on social media to help get them adopted. I have two dogs of my own and have taken care of multiple animals at once. I can and will gladly work any day and I will care for your furry family as if they are my own. About: Ive been babysitting dogs for neighbors and friends since I was a kid. I’ve always felt more comfortable around dogs than people. Dogs bring so much joy to the world and I love how excited they get over everyday small things. I’m not working right now so I’m excited to help take care of your dogs (and cats) while you are away. I’ll have plenty of time to play with them and take them for walks. I have a senior cat who is 13 and sleeps most of the day. My parents have a 1.5 year old goldendoodle who is high energy and loves everyone. I would be interested primarily in walking dogs and taking care of dogs/cats in their homes.
