About: I have a soft spot for all animals and treat all pets as if they were my own. As I grew up around many types of animals since I was a kid, I know how much they mean to us. I make sure they are taken care of and loved! I have full time availability currently. I am usually up around 5/6am so I am happy to do early mornings. I am up for late night drop ins as well if needed. I do not have a yard but I love to take the dogs to parks and walk around. If they are potty trained, I am more than happy to keep them in my house.

About: Animals hold a special place in my heart and I genuinely enjoy taking care of animals, I’ve grown up with them my whole life, I’ve cared for Parakeets, dogs, cats, horses, aquatic animals, hermit crabs, guinea pigs, just about everything in the book. About: I work full-time from home and have experience caring for cats and dogs of all ages and temperaments, including senior, shy, anxious, and special needs pets. I also have animal rescue experience and am comfortable with medications, special diets, and individualized care. About: We’re huge dog lovers, and having recently lost our own pups, we’d love the chance to welcome some four-legged friends into our home while their parents are away. We know firsthand how hard it can be to find someone you truly trust to care for your dogs and how much peace of mind comes from knowing they’re being loved and looked after properly. Over the past ten years, we’ve adopted three dogs, two of whom were seniors when they joined our family. Our pups were truly our kids, and we’ve experienced just about everything that comes with sharing your life with dogs, from the funny quirks and endless cuddles to the extra care and patience older pups sometimes need. We’ve also looked after dogs for friends and family for years, sometimes having as many as four pups in the house at once! I’ve personally worked as a dog walker for several years, and my husband, Ric, is great with training… although his specialty is definitely cuddling. We’re holding off a little while before welcoming our next dog into the family, so in the meantime, we’d genuinely love having some pups around to spoil. Our goal is to give dog parents the same reassurance we always wanted when leaving ours behind: knowing your pups are with people who will treat them like part of the family. Expect lots of love, plenty of attention, a comfortable home, and probably more photos and updates than you asked for. 😂 Basically: your pups will be spoiled, cuddled, and treated like the little angels they are until you’re home again. ❤️🐾 I work from home most days, so pups get plenty of company, attention, and opportunities to get outside throughout the day! Ric and I are early risers and usually start our day around 5:45 a.m. with a quick trip to the yard for a wee. Since I’m home during the day, I’m able to keep an eye on their routine, let them out whenever they need, and fit in little walks throughout the day. After dinner, we always head out for a 30–45 minute walk, and any pups staying with us are more than welcome to join! If they’re particularly energetic, we’re also happy to add a longer morning walk after breakfast. And, of course, being in Florida, we’re always mindful of the heat and will adjust walks and outdoor time to make sure everyone stays safe and comfortable. 🐾 Honestly, we have a very peaceful household, and our dogs have always just chilled right alongside us. We’ll stick to whatever routine you give us when it comes to meals, treats, walks, medications, and anything else they need, but outside of that, we’re pretty good at matching their vibe. If they want to play, we’ll play. If they want to curl up on the couch and take it easy, we’re more than happy to do that too! Some of our friends have dogs who are usually pretty high-energy or a little anxious, and even they seem to completely zonk out when they stay with us. We like to think our home is just a comfortable, easygoing place for pups to settle in, feel safe, and make themselves at home. 🐾

“Katie has been a go-to dog walker and dog sitter as well as caretaker for our three cats. Odin is a loving dog with special needs (he has always been mostly blind) and can sometimes take a while to warm up to someone. With Katie this did not take long and he listens to her when its time to get going. Our cats are very selective and we were shocked how quickly the first time she showed up our cats warmed up to her. Overall great experience with her and highly recommend her to anywho who's not traveling at the same time we are :)”

About: I’ve been an animal person for as long as I can remember! My first dog, Lady, came into my life when I was six, and I’ve had two dogs and five cats over the years. These days, I’m outnumbered by four-legged family members with one dog and three cats of my own. 😂 I’m happy to keep up with your pet’s normal routine, whether that means walks, playtime, meals, litter boxes, medication, or just hanging out and keeping them company. I’m also very patient and understand that not every pet immediately thinks a stranger is their new best friend. No pressure! I’ll let them warm up to me at their own pace. Aside from school drop-off/pick-up and the occasional appointment or errand, I’m able to work my schedule around your pet’s needs. That means I can give them plenty of attention throughout the day rather than leaving them alone for hours at a time. Whether they need a midday walk, some playtime, a potty break, meals, or just some company while you’re away, I can usually make it work. Since I’ll be caring for pets in their own homes, my goal is to keep things as close to their normal routine as possible. I’ll follow your instructions for feeding, treats, medications, walks, and anything else you’ve asked me to do. I’ll send a picture update each time I visit so you know your pets are doing well, and I’ll let you know if I notice anything unusual or anything that seems off. I’ll also make sure doors are secure, food and water are taken care of, and everything is left the way I found it. Most importantly, I want you to be able to relax while you’re away knowing your pets are getting the care, attention, and love they’re used to.

About: Just moved to Saint Augustine from Colorado where I had experience caring for lots of animals. Dogs, cats, ferrets, bunnies, tortoises and turtles. I just love animals and happy to meet yours! About: I’ve grown up with not only multiple dogs running around the house, but a variety of different pets! I am a recent college graduate following my passions and love for both exercise and pet care! I have professional training experience working as an assistant dog trainer over the last years, and love spending time outside and moving! I’m currently working on weekends and some weekdays. My off days are Tuesday and Thursday, so I have flexibility on those days to take care of your pets! I do not have ideal space to take pets for a longer period of time as I do not have access to a full yard. The main service I offer is dog walking!

About: Growing up, I've always had animals in the house. Cats, dogs, fish, guinea pigs, bearded dragons— you name it. I've done pet setting during high school, and now that I'm starting college, I'd love to help take care of people's pets again! I have most experience working with cats and dogs, as I have 4 cats and recently had an elder dog for many years. I've volunteered at the humane society for fostering, so I can take care of kittens as well if needed. I have a very open schedule since I just recently graduated. I'm available to come over and check on pets between 9am-9pm any day of the week. I have open availability for house sitting as well, but for more info please feel free to contact me! I always make sure the pets are healthy and happy whenever I see them. I can clean up any messes or accidents they may have made, and I can give medicine in their food or orally. If your pet is a little skittish at first, it's not a problem! I'll let them come to me at their own pace so they won't get scared, and I'll be sure to offer plenty of treats as well.

I treat every animal as if they were my own child! It's hard enough to be away from their parents at all, so I am just as positive, affectionate, loving and comforting as I can possibly be, so your pets feel comfortable and at peace. I communicate with the pet and/ or homeowner to find out exactly what they expect from me, and always write down all of the specifics of animal care(food & water and frequency, medicines, restrictions, if they go outside or stay inside, things they like or find comfort in like their favorite toy or treat to ensure that feel as much at home as I can make them feel) so I don't forget anything important! I usually reread the list everyday that I'm there, just to be sure not to miss anything. Lastly I always spend the last hour or day cleaning up after myself & the pet, to leave things nicer than I found them. Whether it's taking their trashcan to the road and gathering their mail, along with washing their dishes and making sure the bathroom and kitchen are nice & clean for them to come home to. Or it could be giving the dog a bath if I'm not house sitting as well. Basically if you're going to pay me to do something, I'm going to make it worth your while and be as helpful, clean and efficient as possible! Just a basic rundown in addition to feeding and walking and picking up after said animal, I like to go above and beyond what is expected of me. I reach for the best customer service I can possibly provide, to hopefully create a very happy dog and parents, as well as a repeat customer! If you hire me, you will not regret it!
