About: I have a soft spot for all animals and treat all pets as if they were my own. As I grew up around many types of animals since I was a kid, I know how much they mean to us. I make sure they are taken care of and loved! I have full time availability currently. I am usually up around 5/6am so I am happy to do early mornings. I am up for late night drop ins as well if needed. I do not have a yard but I love to take the dogs to parks and walk around. If they are potty trained, I am more than happy to keep them in my house.

Your pup or cat will get lots of playtime and activity! There is always someone at home with your animal. We go for walks every night, even when it is raining. We have kids that will also help out. We have two cats and a dog that will keep your pet company. We live in a nice neighborhood that is great for walking and also has a dog park.

I love being outside and see walking dogs as a great way to explore the neighborhood while giving them the exercise and attention they need. Since my schedule is wide open, I can be flexible and available when you need me. When I do drop-ins, I make sure your pet gets everything they need—fresh food and water, potty breaks, playtime, and some extra love and attention. For walks, I’ll match your dog’s energy, whether that’s a long stroll to burn off energy or a shorter walk for a slower pace. About: Just moved to Saint Augustine from Colorado where I had experience caring for lots of animals. Dogs, cats, ferrets, bunnies, tortoises and turtles. I just love animals and happy to meet yours! I do this on the side and will only accept when I am fully available. I have one older shitzu and 2 ferrets but can keep separate if needed. Both. I live in apartment so I would only take one at a time so that I can provide individual care. I have two ferrets and an older Shih Tzu.

About: We’re huge dog lovers, and having recently lost our own pups, we’d love the chance to welcome some four-legged friends into our home while their parents are away. We know firsthand how hard it can be to find someone you truly trust to care for your dogs and how much peace of mind comes from knowing they’re being loved and looked after properly. Over the past ten years, we’ve adopted three dogs, two of whom were seniors when they joined our family. Our pups were truly our kids, and we’ve experienced just about everything that comes with sharing your life with dogs, from the funny quirks and endless cuddles to the extra care and patience older pups sometimes need. We’ve also looked after dogs for friends and family for years, sometimes having as many as four pups in the house at once! I’ve personally worked as a dog walker for several years, and my husband, Ric, is great with training… although his specialty is definitely cuddling. We’re holding off a little while before welcoming our next dog into the family, so in the meantime, we’d genuinely love having some pups around to spoil. Our goal is to give dog parents the same reassurance we always wanted when leaving ours behind: knowing your pups are with people who will treat them like part of the family. Expect lots of love, plenty of attention, a comfortable home, and probably more photos and updates than you asked for. 😂 Basically: your pups will be spoiled, cuddled, and treated like the little angels they are until you’re home again. ❤️🐾 I work from home most days, so pups get plenty of company, attention, and opportunities to get outside throughout the day! Ric and I are early risers and usually start our day around 5:45 a.m. with a quick trip to the yard for a wee. Since I’m home during the day, I’m able to keep an eye on their routine, let them out whenever they need, and fit in little walks throughout the day. After dinner, we always head out for a 30–45 minute walk, and any pups staying with us are more than welcome to join! If they’re particularly energetic, we’re also happy to add a longer morning walk after breakfast. And, of course, being in Florida, we’re always mindful of the heat and will adjust walks and outdoor time to make sure everyone stays safe and comfortable. 🐾 Honestly, we have a very peaceful household, and our dogs have always just chilled right alongside us. We’ll stick to whatever routine you give us when it comes to meals, treats, walks, medications, and anything else they need, but outside of that, we’re pretty good at matching their vibe. If they want to play, we’ll play. If they want to curl up on the couch and take it easy, we’re more than happy to do that too! Some of our friends have dogs who are usually pretty high-energy or a little anxious, and even they seem to completely zonk out when they stay with us. We like to think our home is just a comfortable, easygoing place for pups to settle in, feel safe, and make themselves at home. 🐾

About: I have been dogsitting since I was 13. Since I don’t have a dog of my own Dogsitting gives me the opportunity to get my dog fix. I take care of the animals as if they are my own. For a year I worked at a pet resort. Currently I am a junior at Flagler College. So with my flexible schedule, love for dogs, and need for money, I thought this was a great opportunity. I stay strictly to the schedule given to me by you. I stay with the dogs all day when i’m not at work.

About: Spent 3 years working every week at my local dog/cat shelter in CT. Was able to meet, handle and love and care for multiple different breeds all shapes and sizes. This is where I truly fell in love with taking care and being around dogs, and giving them back all of the love that they give to us! :) I am currently a senior at Flagler College and live in St. Augustine. Making sure that you pets are happy, safe, and loved is all I dedicate my time too!! Working in a dog shelter for a few years allowed me to care for each individual dog like my own, and treating that shelter like a home. It gave me great experience on how to properly care for a dog, as well as make sure adoptee's have the right standards for taking a pet home. All of this experience, plus my three cats that I currently own at home gives me the best knowledge on how to properly care for a animals in and out of a home.
