About: When you board with us, your pet gets more than a place to stay, your pet gets a family to be a part of. We are a family of 6 humans, 1 dog, and 5 chickens and 2 ducks. Your pet will have plenty of playmates! I am a single mother who works from home. I drop off and pick up my kids from school, and run the occasional errand, but usually I am home. I enjoy an evening walk with my chocolate lab and would love your pet to join us. I have a fully fenced, large backyard. I also have two extra crates if your dog is crate-trained and feels more comfortable sleeping in a crate. Pets being on furniture is discouraged, but rarely enforced. I have an SUV and am willing to transport pets if needed.

About: Just moved to Saint Augustine from Colorado where I had experience caring for lots of animals. Dogs, cats, ferrets, bunnies, tortoises and turtles. I just love animals and happy to meet yours! I do this on the side and will only accept when I am fully available. I have one older shitzu and 2 ferrets but can keep separate if needed. Both. I live in apartment so I would only take one at a time so that I can provide individual care. I have two ferrets and an older Shih Tzu.

“Very happy with Bo's stay with Eliza. It was his first visit away from home and we were very comfortable leaving Bo in her care. Eliza's entire house is geared towards animals from fluffy pet beds everywhere to doggy doors built into her patio doors so the dogs can go in and out as they please. We are definitely going to use Eliza again and again!”
“We had a wonderful experience with Heather and her family. I’m pretty sure our lab Maggie would have rather stayed with them and their golden Avery than come back home. Haha. She was easy to communicate with, sent us pictures and updates, even let us come and get Maggie and take her to the beach. Maggie took to her family immediately. My dogs are rescues that were bred. They tend to reject males at a point which stops their use to breed. Stephanie knew this and eased my mind. My dogs love her and her family. It was a perfect fit!”
“Tracy is a wonderful caretaker. This was Rosie’s first time with her. Tracy really focused on my dog, and spent time with her to make sure was happy and having fun. She left me a lot of updates to reassure me throughout the day. I know my dog was well taken care of and had fun at her home.”
