This was my second time leaving my little chihuahua, Molly, with Hana, and while our first day care experience was wonderful, this stay truly showed me the depth of Hana’s care and her genuine passion for dogs. I honestly can’t imagine ever leaving Molly with anyone else. Molly is a rescue and had only been with me for about two and a half months, so I was nervous about leaving her for a multi-night stay (especially since I’m the overly attached type of dog parent!). She’s tiny (only 6.5 lbs) and I tend to worry a lot about her comfort and safety. But Hana treated her as her own from the very beginning. Throughout the stay, Hana sent me tons of photos and videos, but what really stood out were her thoughtful updates...little details about Molly’s likes and dislikes, how she was eating, how she was interacting, and what made her happiest. It was clear that she wasn’t just “watching” her; she was truly getting to know and understand her. Hana and her husband, David, went above and beyond in ways I never expected; cleaning her clothes, trying to help with her teeth, even offering to stitch up a toy she had chewed apart. They were so kind that they even brought Molly by my home for a quick mid-stay visit while I was recovering from knee surgery, which meant the world to me. Video after video, I watched Molly become more relaxed and content, snuggling on the couch with Hana and David, clearly feeling loved and safe. By the end of her stay, it really felt like she had found her “second home.” I’m beyond grateful for Hana and David’s compassion, dedication, and warmth. Knowing Molly is so well cared for gives me incredible peace of mind. I truly can’t recommend them enough!

Alexandra was amazing with our pup and I am so grateful we found her! She is communicative, super nice, and genuinely loves dogs and enjoys getting to know those in her care. She clearly does this for fun and because she loves it. I don’t use Rover much and was nervous to board with it, but Alexandra made me feel so comfortable. She sends lots of pics and updates and I felt great seeing firsthand how well our dog warmed up to her. She has an adorable apartment in a nice, clean complex with a dog run and enjoys taking the dogs on walks. Her dog Lola is sweet as can be. I was worried because my dog can be an alpha and react badly to some dogs that give off nervous vibes, but Lola has a perfect agreeable personality and they were best buds in no time. I will absolutely use Alexandra again and my dog will be so excited!
We’re so grateful to Karolina for taking in our dog Eleanor on such short notice! She was kind from the start, and Eleanor clearly felt right at home. She even sent updates during her stay. It was such a relief knowing she was in caring hands. We could tell she had a great time.
Lu was fantastic with Luna! She took such great care of her and sent us photos every morning, afternoon, and evening. She noticed and let us know about little changes in her behavior. Her apartment has direct access to a private lawn, which makes it a perfect set up for a senior dog. We will be back!
If I could give 10 stars I would! Sari and her family took excellent care of my two big guys. Thank you! The updates and pictures were great. We will definitely book again. She handled two large dogs that both require medication for more than a week wonderfully. My boys came home happy and well.
