“Wow, Karine and Ryan were such attentive caregivers for our small pup, Mikoh. We felt totally at ease leaving him with them for a week while we traveled outside the country. Karine was meticulous in caring for Mikoh, and sent multiple updates daily informing me of Mikoh's play times, eating habits, and overall wellbeing. It was also nice knowing that Mikoh was having some nice social time with other pups while we were away. I would wholeheartedly recommend their care for your pup, and look forward to working with them again in the future. Thank you!!”

“Our boy has a great time with Cristina! He loves playing in the yard and snuggling up with some blankets at her place. She’s super communicative and takes amazing pictures of him. Highly recommend!”

“Blanca is an absolute pleasure to interact with, she clearly loves the pups and seeing them happy makes her happy. Blanca watched our 2.5 year old Maltipoo for 7 days and kept us apprised of his stay with many adorable pictures and sweet texts. Banksy looked like he was having the BEST time with Blanca, and he can be very shy and suffers from separation anxiety when apart from Mom & Dad. We highly recommend Blanca for anyone who cares deeply for the well-being and happiness of their pup while traveling. She is the best dog sitter we’ve ever dealt with - hands down.”

“Moose and Alaska got long well while we were out of town and Moose came home happy and tired. That spent lots of time playing in the yard. Thank you, Natalia, for being available over thanksgiving and taking care of Moose!”

“Margaret took excellent care of our senior dog while we were traveling. She was very attentive to his needs and made him feel very comfortable while we were away. She even graciously agreed to extend his stay for a couple of days when our flight home was canceled. I highly recommend her services!”

“Rafaelina and her daughter took great care of our dog Cohiba. They took the time to care for (including giving meds) and understand Cohiba's personality. It's so comforting to be able to leave Cohiba with such caring people.”

About: I love going on walks with the pets and treat them as my own. I have experience with small and big dogs, and some that need extra care. I am available daily to dog walk or dog sit in someone’s home. Also free on the weekends all day. Weekdays- early a.m. until 3pm Weekends- all day I make sure to stick to their schedule and treat them like my own. Love to play, walk, give them belly rubs/groom and go to the dog park.
“Consuelo and family take such great care - we booked for 3 different times in the week. and yes, our puppy keeps asking, "When are we going back?" Highly recommend!!!”

“I did my research before choosing and selected William based on the reviews of his satisfied customers. William did not disappoint! He was always available to communicate whenever I wanted, sent videos of their walks, and followed my instructions for their care and feeding. A worry-free vacation for us and my dogs had a great time! 100% would recommend and use again!”

About: I’ve always enjoyed taking care of dogs since I was a child. I had a childhood dog, Rags who I doted on. In 2004, my dreams came true with having a dog of my own, Missy. Missy was a wonderful addition to my family for her lifetime of 17 years. I have a lot of love to give to your dog. I”m a teacher who’s off for the summer and when school resumes in the fall, I’m home by 2:45 pm. This schedule will allow me to go above and beyond when taking care of your dog. Your dog will be able to run freely in our home. I work close by so I will come home to walk your dog during the work day and then I’m home from work by 3PM. Once I’m home, I will play and pet your dog continuously as I did for 17 years with my beloved Missy.
“Dropped off my pup as a very last minute board due to an emergency and Hannah was great with her and made her feel comfortable and safe even though she was filled with anxiety from the situation. I felt very safe leaving Bailey with Hannah as I could tell she was able to control her well even though she still pulls like a puppy, and truly cared.”

“This is the 3rd time Judy has watched my little guy and he truly lives like the king he is while under her care! We will definitely keep using Judy as long as she'll have us :)”

“This is the first time that Bison stayed with someone outside of the immediate family. In the past I boarded my dogs at various kennels and they also came home with should I say “a little attitude “. This was not the case with Robert. Robert shared pic of him and Bison on walks (which he loves) and also had a chance to let. Bison play with the neighbor’s dogs. Robert had a large enclosed backyard that make us feel comfortable. He and Bison bonded as well Robert learned that Bison loves to take over the bed. I was glad that I was able to find Robert as I had less anxiety leaving Bison for the first time. I will use Robert asmy go to in the future. Highly recommend him as he is a dog person.”

“Omar took wonderful care of Pearl! Pearl required medicine and a special diet during her stay at Omar's and he was very accommodating. I so appreciated his attentiveness to her needs and his great communication with me during the sit. Thank you, Omar!”

“Lu is amazing! She is responsive, reliable and has a great attitude when it comes to our little guy who can be a little finicky at times :) She also sent frequent updates with pictures so that we knew our pup was doing well while we were away. We have definitely found our new go to dog sitter!”

“Diane did an amazing job looking after our two cavalier king Charles spaniels. The day she picked them up, one of our dogs had gotten into something the night before and was sick. She generously offered to make him rice and chicken from scratch until his appetite for his normal food returned. She frequently updated me throughout their stay and took amazing care of them. Highly recommend!!”

“Christine took amazing care of our malti-poo puppy. She kept us updated on how he was doing throughout his stay and he came back to us happy, healthy and looking great! Highly recommend!”

“Kevin did such a great job taking care of our Ruby girl, sending daily pics and updates that made us feel at ease. He was super attentive in listening to us about Ruby’s quirks and (craziness) and made her feel comfortable under his care. Ruby was so happy and looked like she had a great time with Kevin! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Rye
We had an amazing experience with Diane! From the moment we dropped off our two senior dogs (ages 12 and 14), we knew they were in caring and capable hands. Diane sent regular updates throughout the day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear from every photo and message that our dogs were comfortable, relaxed, and truly felt at home. One of the sweetest surprises was how wonderful Diane’s two boys were with our dogs. They clearly enjoyed spending time together, and it was heartwarming to see them playing such a positive role in our dogs’ care. Diane’s home is incredibly welcoming and comfortable for dogs, and everything she says in her profile about caring for senior dogs is absolutely true. She understands their unique needs and gave them the patience, attention, and love they deserve. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely book with Diane again. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and attentive dog sitter!

Margaret took excellent care of our senior dog while we were traveling. She was very attentive to his needs and made him feel very comfortable while we were away. She even graciously agreed to extend his stay for a couple of days when our flight home was canceled. I highly recommend her services!

Alexandra took great care of our dog Phoebe while we were away and sent lots of photos. She welcomed Phoebe into her home and treated her like her own. When our flight home was delayed, even though Alexandra was unable to extend the dog-sitting by a day (because she was going away herself), she was willing to drive Phoebe to our neighbor’s house before she left so Phoebe wasn’t left without a place to go.

We’re so grateful to Karolina for taking in our dog Eleanor on such short notice! She was kind from the start, and Eleanor clearly felt right at home. She even sent updates during her stay. It was such a relief knowing she was in caring hands. We could tell she had a great time.

Lu was fantastic with Luna! She took such great care of her and sent us photos every morning, afternoon, and evening. She noticed and let us know about little changes in her behavior. Her apartment has direct access to a private lawn, which makes it a perfect set up for a senior dog. We will be back!
